I am so happy to have my dryer back. It’s a 10 year old discontinued model that just died one day. I thought I would have to buy new w/​d set but thanks to Thad, I saved $ 1000+ because he diagnosed it on the first visit, ordered parts, installed them the next day, and it’s now good as new. This was not an easy job because the w/​d in this condo is in a converted linen closet. He was responsive, reasonable and top knotch. 5 stars. My fridge has been growling at me lately so I’ll probably call him to check it out. Totally trust him.

Fast, Honest and Reasonably Priced — Couldn’t have been more satisfied!
So the washing machine stops working on Sunday. I call Thad at 7:30 Monday morning, he says he’ll be here between 9:00 and Noon. Calls back at 10:00 to say he’s on his way.
Arrives and 10 minutes later the washing machine is fixed. Turns out the lid switch was stuck. Yes, he charged his minimum — what do you want? The guy works for a living. But he could have sold me any type of service or parts and I’d have never known!
Instead, he charged me a reasonable service fee for driving here and fixing the thing. So if you want a professional to come out to your house and give you free advice, then he may not be the right guy for you. But if you want HONEST, reliable and quick solution to the problem Thad is THE GUY!!!

Great guy Thad, he likes to take your money for doing nothing. BEWARE — he charges you a minimum of one hour of service even if your appliance cannot be repaired. Thad was on site less than five minutes and charged me $ 89.00. He does not disclose this prior to his arrival.

Refrigerator Repair: This place is amazing! Fast service! Professional and they do what they say they are going to do. Thad is terrific. After calling a million different places since Saturday with no one calling me back or wanting the job, Thad actually answered his phone, accepted the job and came out and fixed it quickly within 2 hours of me calling. And he called when he was one his way so we knew the exact time to expect him. I highly recommend this business. Don’t bother calling anyone else in the area for Refrigerator repair.

We had the classic… refer dies right at the holiday… everyone we call says it will have to wait until after new years… then on a last ditch search I found these guys and to my delight a serviceman named Thad said he could be out the same day. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (a bad defrost something or other), had a new part on his truck (WOW, Yay!), and within an hour we are back in business. It cost exactly what he said it would when we first spoke… I’am VERY satified with Apple Appliance–
