I needed to get a hundred dollars in one dollar bills so I stopped by Neighborhood National Bank thinking I could get $ 1 bills from them. To my surprise they told me unless I had an account with them they could not help me. That’s bad customer service in my opinion. And I can definitely tell you that after this is will never open an account with this bank.
