Red Wing Shoe Store

What a joke this place is! One person working with 6 customers waiting while she is on the phone moving like a turtle people are walking out and she doesn’t care! No customer service what so ever and on top of that the shoes she gave me were defective and that’s why I was in here for the first place defective shoes that I bought from Redwing!!! I’m still waiting to get a new pair from her but she’s moving so slow I had enough time to write this review and update Facebook!
Update so she was lying to me and said there were no other shoes the same type I was looking at in San Diego and the closest was LA and I called the San Diego Claremont store and they have the same shoe my size and not defective!

This store stocks a minimal selection of the Heritage Line Top Quality made in USA boots and no treatment products for the Heritage Line. They are able to get Heritage boots and products in about 7 – 10 days. Service here is slightly worse than the Kearny Mesa Star but not enough to give them a single star.
Currently they’re closed and their Red Wing website store info still lists hours and a phone number versus saying they’re temporality closed for a remodel/​post fire restoration.

This is another location I come to when I need to pick up some steel toe boots for work. Not really much to say compared to the other location I go to. The customer service is great, and pricing usually starts around $ 100 and up. They have everything from laces, insoles, socks, safety glasses that are adjustable, and so much more.

Sheila was amazing. Helped order the perfect pair of boots. Said it would be 7 – 10 business days and they came in 4 days later. Amazing service from Sheila. Will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family

I’ve been coming to this Red Wings shoe store for over nine years now, getting work boots. Shelia has never steered me wrong and always got me the correct size and fitting boot for my company’s guidelines. This store is never really too busy and it makes it quite easy to step in, grab your boots and be on your way.

Sheila the manager is great. I’ve bought two pairs of Red Wings boots from her in the last 4 years. I bought my second pair because of the quality in American made boots and the outstanding customer service from Sheila. I had my first pair re-​soled for $ 85, which isn’t bad since I wore them for 4 years. The advantage of re-​soling boots is that the leather is already broken in. I’ll continue to be a customer for years to come.

Just got my husbands boots re-​soled. Manager Sheila was very sweet and super helpful.

Stopped in the store today to pick up a pair of work boots. The manager (Sheila) was extremely helpful. She sized my feet and even did my fitting. The store was very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to buy boots.

This store is great. Not as bigof a selection or a busy as their kearny mesa store but the customer service here is way better.
Just got my boots oiled up and I’ll be back soon to load the family up with some moccasins for Christmas.
