My company started out as just an eviction service but I came to realize that once the eviction was over, my clients still needed assistance with managing their property. Based on this demand, I decided to expand my services to offering tenant verification services, advertising and showing rental properties to prospective tenants and offering monthly management services starting at 6.5% per month. My fees and services offered have always been extremely competitive and my customer service is unmatched.

History

Established in 2011.

Over the years of providing Eviction Services to my clients, I was continually asked to manage their properties. Since at that time I was not a licensed real estate agent, I was not legally able to manage their property. I eventually realized that I was truly doing my clients and myself an injustice by not expanding my services and continuing to provide my clients the personable and tailored service they received from me. Now as a Property Manager I have been extremely successful in placing well qualified tenants in my client’s rentals.
