Turnover Cleaning & Carpet

If I could leave negative stars I would. My property managers (San Diego Professional Property Management) hired these guys to do a detailed cleaning after my renters did their version of cleaning once they moved out. I was getting ready to put it on the market and sell it so it needed to be spotless. When I walked in after their 10 hours of cleaning (so they claim) it was filthy. They had not done any wipedown of the walls (there was still hair on the walls) but they said that wasn’t included in a detailed cleaning anyway. They also hadn’t vacuumed because there was a problem with SDG&E on turning the electricity back on once the renters out. That being said, the work that was also not done: kitchen cabinets were dirty, inside of the microwave still had food splatters on it, cobwebs everywhere, dirty windowsills, in the bathroom the tiles and soap dish were still dirty. I could go on — just ask. I will also upload pictures.
I have asked Jim (the owner) on 4 separate occasions to provide a detailed receipt of what I paid $ 225 and he refuses to provide one, or a refund for that matter. He came out with a helper to do touch ups only and was argumentative and never answered my questions. I don’t live in San Diego anymore, so if I hadn’t been in town to witness this, they would have gotten away with it. I am still debating on whether to take him to small claims court, and although I am 100% confident I would win, I don’t know if the win would financially cover my plane ticket out there. Beware of these guys!

I flip real estate. Turnover has become my one and only call for a good deep cleaning thats far beyond the others I have used. Turnover is the bomb!

Best Carpet cleaning ive seen after trying multiple carpet cleaning vendors. They serviced my parents house which they have a dog and left the carpet looking brand new. All of the heavy stains, pet urine and pet odor were removed. Always available when scheduled. Also took care of my neighbors emergency flood was out to service within less then an hour of being called out. Same Day invoicing as well as pre invoicing.

I was horrified when the cleaning crew completely ruined my marble and travertine bathrooms with chemical. Do not use them!
Update: just had stone repair company come and look at my bathroom. It is going to cost me $ 3000 to restore my bathrooms to the way they were before Turnover Cleaning cleaned them.

They knew that we had to get the apartment clean, including windows and carpets, so that furniture could be moved in the next day. Jim came out and gave us a bid after noting everything that needed to be done. They were supposed to be there at 9:30 AM, so that everything would be done and the carpet would be dry by the following day.
They did not show up at 9:30. We called a couple of times, got different stories. Finally they showed up at about noon.
Then they announced that they could not do all the windows because the squeegee they had brought had a very short handle. Our real estate agent had to get a squeegee from her own car, so they lost that excuse.
After the interior was clean, the carpet cleaner showed up hours later (around 6PM) and didn’t finish until early evening.
So now, it is the next day, furniture is supposed to be moved in, and the carpets are still wet.
Oh, and when they left they stole the booties that we had bought for the furniture movers to wear. This was not an error; they were told specifically that the booties were there for the furniture movers, so that the clean carpet would stay that way. So at the last minute this morning we had to rush around trying to get booties.
Bottom line: a disaster from start to finish.

Update: It gets worse. The marble counter tops were previously smooth and still looking good from a previous polish. The Turnover cleaning people used some powder or abrasive that left all the counter tops dull and almost scuffed-​looking. It is going to cost us at least $ 400 to get them restored (maybe more, depending on the severity of the scouring). Hiring these people was a huge mistake.

Great price, great job, great service. No hassles. Will use next time for sure!

Worst. Customer Service. EVER… do not try them, they are horrendous! They made me meet meet them at my old apartment after work with cash only (they did not trust my check apparantly) and never showed up!
