Established in 2005.

Our business began as a father and 2 sons, now the younger son remains at the helm. There is 15 years industry experience under his belt and he’s not afraid to use it. It has grown from a small side project to a full service company, thanks to referrals and loyal customers.

Brian was born and raised in North County San Diego. His father owned a Janitorial Supply store in Carlsbad where he started working when he was 15. He got industry experience and know how from the store front as well as a side business his older brother and he ran… ABC Carpet & Window Cleaning. From there he has taken control and added other services to his quiver. He is committed to detail and customer satisfaction.

I CAN SEE OUT OUR WINDOWS AGAIN!!! Seaside did an awesome job cleaning our windows. He was extremely professional and was in and out in a flash. He even did the job on a Sunday! I can’t recommend Seaside Services enough, if you need your windows, carpets or tile cleaned, Seaside Services is the company to go to.

Was looking for a carpet cleaner to take care of my condo in La Jolla before I moved out last week. Due to a business trip, I was only able to give them one day’s notice and they still sent a team out to me!
These guys were amazing! Spoke with Brian and Justin and they made my carpets look brand new! I’ve used a lot of cleaners before but have never seen any carpets look this good. My landlord was amazed and said they looked new, even better than when I moved in. They were even able to clean my sofa and make it look brand new too!
I would highly recommend Brian and his team anytime you need carpets cleaned anywhere in San Diego. They were on time and did the most amazing job! I will use them again and again!

I usually go for the more commercial big companies for anything house related because I know that the work is consistent but I took a chance this time. I am so happy that I did. These guys went above and beyond. The work was amazing and they were also great people which was an added bonus. I am now a regular. I will not use anyone else.

We used Seaside Services after reading other reviews on Unilocal and was not disappointed! Our carpets were in dire need of cleaning, and Seaside Services was able to get all our stains out and turn our carpet from a dingy beige to a clean off white color! Brian was very nice and even showed us mid way through the cleaning process what it looked liked in comparison of a small patch he had just cleaned! We will definitely be using this company again.
One thing that I definitely appreciate was that their were no hidden fees! What he had quoted on the phone came to the same price, I asked about cleaning the hallway when he got to the house, and it was an extra $ 5. Come on that’s perfect service for me!

Seaside Services is fantastic. I called them late yesterday afternoon with a rush request — we needed someone to clean the carpets in the bedrooms of our rental house this morning, because the new tenants will be moving in later today. Brian was very accommodating. They came out first thing this morning and did a great job. Very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable, and our carpets look great!
