The fumigation is technically acceptable, but the commitment to finish the work for the client’s return home is unacceptable. The company told me we could return from 12 pm to 2:00pm. «Go-​Direct fumigation» company did not inform the exact time for us to return home, and my wife had to wait outside the house for 4 hours in the rain under the cold weather. It is unprofessional way to do the business.

My experience with Go Direct Exterminators was excellent. The customer service was attentive to our needs. I spoke and worked with Lan and Leo Gomez. They were both very helpful and professional.
After receiving several estimates from different companies in the Torrance area, we decided to use Go-​Direct Fumigations because of their inspector Leo Gomez. He was honest and gave us all the information we needed and what to look forward to and how to compare between companies, in which no one else did for me. Leo also even told me to prepare extra new roof tiles for replacement in case of broken roof tiles; this is expected when the crew has to get on top of the roof to remove the fumigation tent especially when you have clay roof tiles. He also promised us ant and pest treatment surrounding on my property with no charge. Anyways, go Direct Exterminators, in which they ALWAYS go an extra mile for customer service!

We reached on them on the phone told them our situation. Tells us that they’ll call us back. We gave them our number. A week passes by a no call back. Tried calling them once a day and wouldn’t pick up. Gave up. Really poor customer service.

My experience with Go Direct Exterminators was excellent. They were the third company to give me an estimate, and I knew right away they would be my choice. The information Leo gave me was straightforward and made more sense than the other two companies. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and went to work immediately. While I was away from my house during the process, I had several questions, which the office staff answered courteously and knowledgeably. When I returned to my house, everything was intact and in good shape. They even gave me a free ant treatment two weeks after the fumigation was completed. The whole experience was professional and streamlined. I highly recommend them.

These guys are great! Rudy came out on time to give an estimate and explained things thoroughly. Their office calls to keep you updated on when the fumigators are coming and when the gas company will be out to shut off gas. After the fumigation, they again called to let me know the time of the tent removal and when to expect the gas company to turn the gas back on. They also gave us the best price on their estimate. We were completely happy with their work and it’s nice to know the termites are gone and also the many other critters that died along with them! Highly recommend their services!

Needed to tent and fumigate my father’s house due to termites and received several estimates from companies using Unilocal.After comparing all the estimates, we decided to use Go-​Direct Fumigations because of their inspector Leo Gomez. He was honest and gave us all the information on what to look for and how to compare between companies which no one else did. Leo told me the most important part of fumigation is not the final price but the total cubic feet. The total cubic feet determines how much gas is used, so the larger the cubic feet the more effective the fumigation. I received lower estimates from other companies but their cubic feet count was lower by an average of 2,000 feet. For the price difference we felt more confident with Leo’s estimate. He also included at no charge, ant and pest treatment surrounding our property.
Fumigation went as planned and was finished in 3 days as promised. The ladies at the office notified me a day in advance with times when any Go-​Direct employees would be arriving. Service was fantastic and couldn’t have been any easier. Not having gone through fumigation service before, I thought the whole process was going to be a pain but thanks to Leo and the rest of the crew at Go-​Direct it was quick and easy. They get my highest recommendation.

I’ve gotten several inspections and quotes from various different fumigation/​extermination companies, and found other companies like Terminix will try to push on additional products at additional cost. I found Go-​Direct to be more straight-​forward in the service they offer and ensured its included in their price without trying to push additional cost. I found the inspector i worked with to be knowledgeable and they ensure the work is done. I also found that they have a good customer service and and are great to work with. They contacted and updated me on scheduled appointments and work to be done and ensure I was up to date with their performance. I found their service to be a good bang for my buck and will recommend using them.

Last few month I have my Fumigations by Go Direct, inc. job was done well with nice service and the time set up was also great.

We recently had our home fumigation via DO-​Direct.
The rating for their coordinator scheduler truly is 5 starts all out. Being the first timer for fumigation, I had so many questions and she answered every one of them patiently.
Overall rating is 4 star because I need a little time to see if termite will come back. I will rewrite review later if needed.

I had disgusting termites in my house! in my walls! in the ground! EVERYWHERE! Go-​Direct really did a great job ! All my termites are gone and my house is termite free! Their staff is great and office workers are incredibly friendly! i would definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a fumigation! Oh and when i asked for an additional discount they really did everything they could ! I was happy with my price! :)
