American Traditional Roofing & Remodeling

The team at American Traditional has really wowed me and my family. I should start to say that I was referred to them by a friend, and Joe came out immediately to see how he could help. I had asked him to do a minor roofing task, which I had thought would help my situation.
He told me honestly that what I wanted wouldn’t work, and that I really needed further consultation. I was frustrated because I was afraid that it would cost too much. They came back to observe the bigger problem, and confirmed what we needed. All throughout the process, these guys stayed positive, were informed and professional, and reassured me that the problem could be taken care of. I suffered many leaks and flooding for far too long before they came to rescue our family from our building problems. They arrived with all of the materials and tools and help they needed, and had it taken care of in two days. This crew is the nicest, most talented metal workers around. I am confident when referring them that my friends will be happy with their work, their timeliness, and their skill. It is an art to be able to bend metal and make it seamless, and these guys have it covered. I am so grateful for their honesty and their willingness to follow through with my problem, which seemed bigger than I could handle, right on through to the completion of the work. In a world which is sometimes unsure and guarded, I would give these guys some major clout, and all my trust to take care of the warehouse.

These guys stand out from the competition because they shoot straight and don’t try to upsell you on anything. They understand the value of customer service and have built a reputation based upon word of mouth recommendations, and did fantastic job on some roof repairs at a reasonable price. I’m already getting estimates from them for some exterior remodeling work as well, because I know they will do it right the first time.
