Super Yumm Pizza

Amazing party, huge hit. The pizza was great, the salad was tasty and the desserts disappeared almost immediately.
Aside from the food I would recommend getting your guests to the house early, open up a bottle or 5 of wine and talk to the chefs as they go through the process of prepping the dough and setting up their assembly line. The story of how the company starting is compelling and for someone who enjoys cooking like I do, the background on the recipe is really interesting.
Would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique dinner experience

The menu is fun and I suggest trying out everything that they have. Don’t expect something ordinary. It’s a classy take on pizza.

Super yumm pizza is literally super yumm– no joke! I was first introduced to Super Yumm Pizza about a year ago for a small get together of friends and family. When I was invited, I was skeptical at first because they said it was going to be a homemade pizza. I’ve had some pretty bad homemade pizza in the past, my own recipe included. So I was kind of hesitant but was pleasantly shocked when I tasted it.
I’ll start by saying the pizza is all made from scratch and then cooked in your home. So right there you know it’s going to be the freshest possible. Also, the toppings are bought the day of so you know those are fresh as well.
The Salad– SYP provides an amazing salad before handing out pizza. I’m little picky when it comes to salads. I like a variety of things in my salad since I find that just having romaine leaves drizzled with dressing to be extremely boring. The salad at my party included beets, dried fruit, candied nuts, feta, apples, and their own balsamic vinaigrette mix. Needless to say, yumm!
The Crust– it’s very soft with a light crisp on the outside. I hate pizza that is doughy or the dough is too tough and you have to chew and chew for days. SYP definitely has the dough part down pat. I’ve tried eating at other pizzerias to find something similar and have yet to come across it. I think the main component is that it’s all fresh and made at your house. When you go other pizza places everything is pre-​made or frozen. By doing that the quality decreases greatly, not only with the taste but the rise of the dough as well– which will affect the recipe.
The Dessert– By the time they handed out dessert I was completely full after eating a salad and 2 pizzas! I couldn’t help myself. I didn’t even realize there was going to be a dessert– but I never turn down a dessert! Anyway they gave us «mini tiramisu» and it was the perfect portion, just enough to wrap up my meal and not to over stuff me! I actually liked their version of tiramisu better than the cake itself. It was different and has a bit more of a coffee taste to it, very yummy. ;)
This experience was definitely one I will remember. I’ve never had my own customized pizza before and I got to pick out two different combinations, very cool! When they open a store I will be the first in line!

The Chef and staff are very professional and make the best pizza in the state. Our guested were astonished at the taste and quality of the pizza. We highly recommend them and will definately book with them again. They came, they made wonderful pizza, and they cleaned up… Cant get better than that.

Super Yumm was great. Came to our host’s house and made amazing unique pizzas for the evening. Highly recommended.
