The story gets worse…
On our return flight she booked the first leg of the flight to land in Houston at 5:12pm and our connecting flight to Sacramento to begin loading at 5:12pm. How on earth does a travel agent not allow for delays in airlines! Incompetency– that’s how! Our first flight was delayed 25 minutes. I tried to call her from the first airport but of course she didn’t call me back. Luckily my mom convinced the airline to hold the plane for us so that I wasn’t stranded in the Houston airport with 6 students.
If you use Angela and At Your Service Travel you are asking for the worst possible travel experience! She is incompetent and has no business being a travel agent!!!
