I’ve been trusting Arik and the Executive Travel team with my arrangements since last century! They always provide terrific service, from finding the best flights for schedules and budgets to getting us taken care of when things go wrong. They’ve even advocated for us when travel providers haven’t lived up to their promises. Whether it’s business travel, vacation, or even a destination wedding, Arik and his team are the best in the business.

WOW!!! I had the pleasure of working with Arik. I wanted a trip to Mexico but had no idea and or time to get this planned. He put together a few options based on my needs. When we landed, we were greeted by his team in Cabo and escorted to our hotel. We booked a few excursions from the local office – all were top notch. The support staff always available and very helpful. We went on to spend a few more days in Puerto Vallarta. Again, same thing, we were greeted by his team in Puerto Vallarta. We received a call from Arik on the arrival date to each of the hotels checking to make sure we were good. I really liked how he and his team worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a good prices along with GREAT customer service. After my 1^st experience, I will NEVER book a vacation online again…

Arik and his team provided a seamless experience for our family in Maui. From flights, transportation, and hotels, he was always available to answer our questions and we definitely had the VIP experience. It truly is great to get off the plane in Maui and have a greeting team, holding a sign, and waiting to assist you with baggage and transport. Once we arrived in Maui, Arik checked in with us multiple times and actually got us a lot of comps at the Grand Wailea. We will definitely be using Arik for ALL future vacations. This service is a no brainier and cheaper than any Internet travel site out there!

Words cannot express how appreciative I am of Arik Anderson and Executive Travel! Arik has been my travel agent for the past 10 years, from coordinating my destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta 9 years ago, to this most recent horrible news that our father was in ICU after Rosshit by a car in Mexico, late Friday night. One phone call to him and he had my family of 6, on a flight out the following night. Not to mention he sent me a kind message telling me his phone would be on all night if we needed anything else ;’). He listened too our uncertain travel needs and handled the rest. Within hours we had our reservation in my email box. He told me once I knew what was going on with our father just text/​call him and he would take care of return flight for us too! There is NO way I could not have been able to coordinate any of it without Arik! THANK YOU! Would’nt go through anyone else!

Arik Anderson and Susan Bruno of Executive Travel have been booking my complete business travel for 10 plus years. I fly approximately 140 segments per year and they seem to do this flawlessly. I must applaud Arik and his gang on this last trip. We were traveling for pleasure out of the country on a semi last minute vacation, was more than I expected from this orginazation, first rate with out a doubt. Best travel company in the area! Arik listened to what my family and I wanted and he delivered. He booked a 4 day Carnival Cruise for the first half of our vacation then set us up at the Sheraton Universal for 3 nights and even got us front of the line tickets at Universal Studios Hollywood. Our vacation was stress free that everything was set up correctly. All we had to do was go and have fun! Executive Travel made everything seamless! We will definetly be using them for all of our travel needs.

I cannot begin to count how many times Arik has helped me while traveling. From missed flights to delays and cancellations, I can always count on Arik to get me to a hotel or on the next available flight faster than any agent at the ticket counters. Traveling sucks as we all know! But having a travel agent that knows your flights delayed 4+ hours ahead of time and books you on another flight before your at the airport is awesome! Oh wait, my second flight was delayed and now I’m already booked on a third flight and will be ok and will still makes next connection! Thanks Arik!!!

Look folks, here is the deal. I have not used executive travel for personal trips YET, but I know already, when I plan my trips, it will be with this company. I have worked with them twice, I was sent, at the last minute (a days notice) on 2 separate occasions, by my company to cover for field service engineers that were unavailable, soooo they sent me. My first trip was to plano texas AND I missed the flight from LAX to dallas on a MONDAY! I panicked, my company panicked BUT arik did not panic!
once he talked me down from the ledge, calm and cool as could be, (I am in the longest line EVER at American airlines) he got me a flight just as the AA agent was getting me a flight. Arik got me a BETTER flight, cheaper and quicker, than the agent right in front of me! He got me to the job site, saved me some serious wait time in the airport AND he did all of this quickly (you had to be there, it was stressful). I have traveled a lot in my lifetime and I have NEVER had such personal service. I felt as if I was his only client, he GIVES you that feeling. and that my friends is worth more than money. when I am in a jam and when things go wrong as they sometimes do, I know Arik and Executive Travel are out there, and I know I will be alright. He has booked for me once this month and the level of service was the same, impeccable.

These folks have been booking my travel for decades and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have amazing service — keeping me posted on the status of my trip — getting me re-​booked quickly when things change due to weather or cancellations — even checking me in for my flights a few times when I forgot. Over the years I’ve checked rates on a variety of travel websites and I’ve never found a cheaper fare than these folks quoted. They are fast, fair and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I wouldn’t travel without them.
