What a great team! Simon, Sean, Mark and Kathy. Yahoo! Started my rehab there after my knee replacement. The team really cared about my recovery and have me headed down a good path on a good program. Range of movement and strength improved greatly under their care. I would certainly use them again if need be. Great group of folks.

Amazing results!!! I had 4 weeks of physical therapy for my neck, shoulders and back. For years I’ve had kinks and knots in my trouble spots. On my first visit I was stiff and in pain. By the end of the 4 weeks (8 sessions) I was able to move with no stress to my neck and back. Simon also taught me the importance of exercise and stretching to relax. The whole staff was very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend Simon.

I have been coming to VibrantCare since late October due to an ankle injury. First off the staff there is amazing, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They care for your needs and to help you recover. Simon is great, he will explain everything in detail and help you understand what to do when your not at therapy to prevent any re injuries. Today was my last visit there and he told me to call if I have any further questions, he has a wonderful heart and truly cares for his patients needs and recovery. Shawn is also just as great, a little quiet though. Kathy at the front desk is so bubbly and friendly, always smiling which is always what you want to see when you walk into any business. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends/​family. Thank you all for your help.

Simon, you are truly amazing as a Physical Therapist. Thank you so much for teaching me all what you did in 5 visits. What I learned from you will continue to help me each and every day to manage my pain better. As a patient of chronic pain for last 25 years, I had no hope from any medical professionals but coming to VibrantCare Physical Rehabilitation changed that. Simon is very knowledgeable and professional, taking his work very seriously and caring from his heart. Thanks to Shawn and the cute receptionist Kathy who always reminded me of my upcoming appointment. The place is never crowded and I felt I always got one on one attention. I will never stop practicing what Simon and Shawn taught me to deal with my pain. Thank you guys for being so kind to someone with great pain and showing how it could be managed a bit better by certain exercises. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs a good place to do physical rehabilitation.

I have been going to physical therapy here for a couple of weeks due to a back injury after a car accident. The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have helped me immensely with my recovery. I highly recommend Vibrant Care.

I received treatment here from Simon and Scott for a work related injury. Both Simon and Scott were very professional and thorough in explaining my treatment and answering my questions. I was very pleased with the care I received and would recommend this facility to others.

I came in to physical therapy a few weeks ago, due to shoulder issues, and let me tell you, VibrantCare is the best i have been to. I visited Kaiser months ago and they barely did anything to help me, they sent me home with exercises that had never made a difference within the months i was doing them. When i came to the Elk Grove location, it was extremely clean, and everyone there is super friendly. Simon is excellent with walking through everything, from what is causing the pains to explaining and observing the stretches and exercises that needed to be done. After these past weeks of coming my shoulder has strengthen so much and i have been progressing thanks to the help of Simon. Tim and Scott are both great with helping also, with setting appointments and calling for reminders the day before. Super friendly and great environment. Never disappointed! Definitely recommended! I came in for rehab after knee surgery. I chose VibrantCare based on its proximity and its Yahoo reviews. I’ve been really impressed. Tim set up my appointments and took care of any insurance issues. Simon is patient and extremely knowledgeable.

I tore the meniscus in my knee while out for a run. Took two months off and the knee only got worse. Could not put full weight on the leg, could not fully flex nor extend the knee, and my walk had a severe limp. Doctor sent me for PT, but I was skeptical that this would be enough to get me back on the roads and was not looking forward to surgery. At my age of 56, I feared my running days were over.
Simon is fabulous. He started out with a private evaluation of my condition and showed me an amazing manipulation that allowed me to put full weight on the leg and walk without a limp. This happened within 15 minutes into my first visit. The next six weeks was spent increasing my strength, flexibility and balance. I was able to take a daily 45 – 50 min fast walk without pain. I could have been done with the PT at that time, but I wanted to run again, so I got another six weeks of PT.
Simon was able to determine a chronic Achilles tendon injury was the likely cause of my knee injury. For the next six weeks we focused on the achilles. I am now back to running 4 – 5 miles daily, pain free in the knee, and without any achilles pain for the first time in over three years.
What I most appreciated about Simon was how he explained 1) how the injury occurred, 2) what I could do to improve/​correct the problem, and 3) why each particular exercise or manipulation would work. This is a major factor in my compliance with his instructions and exercises at home.
Simon always remembered the weight level or band strength that I used and continued to up the weight as he could see I was ready.
Tim works the front desk and did a great job making the insurance issues and extra weeks of treatment to be seamless. I was always able to schedule appointments around my calendar, not theirs.
I hope I never need to return, but if I do need PT in the future, I would eagerly return to VibrantCare. Simon is a miracle worker.

Vibrant Care is a small CLEAN center with a Big Heart.
Adequate free parking on site, so no worries there.
They have the basic equipment, albeit somewhat older, it is safe to use. There is no pool on site, however if it is a recommended treatment modality for you, they will provide a list even if it is a competitor.
The personal attention is without question, top notch. From the Front Desk to the PT’s (Physical Therapists) and PTA’s (Physical Therapy Assistants). You are not treated like just «Another Patient», rather, you are treated like a member of the Family.
Extremely professional, knowledgeable, compassionate care is provided, to even the most difficult of patients, like me for example.

Dr. Kelleher and his staff are amazing, amazing people!
I’ve been having back problems and shooting pains in my chest for the past few years, and my physician had no idea what was wrong. She did an EKG to see if I was having heart problems, but to no avail. She suggested I see a physical therapist and that’s how I ended up at Vibrant Care. The front desk receptionist, Danielle, is super friendly and recognizes you by face by your next appointment. She explained all of the insurance information to me and even called my provider to check on things (and be left on hold for minutes on end). Peter examined my back and took note of my symptoms and realized that the chest pains were caused by a slipped disc, and not a heart problem at all. With a regimen of stretches with resistance bands, yoga balls, and weights along with massages, electro-​stimulation, ultrasounds at my weekly visits, my pain has disappeared completely.
You really get one-​on-​one treatment here, and all of the PT assistants are super nice and really remember each of their patients. When I felt some discomfort with one of the electro-​stimulation machines, a PTA remembered which machine I usually used and switched me, making sure to check that I was comfortable. Also, when I had trouble with one of the stretches done on a foam roll, they found me something else to do that wouldn’t cause as much pain instead of forcing me to push my body too far.
I’m hoping I won’t need physical therapy again, but if I do I’ll definitely be back here. I’d recommend this place to anyone.
