This company has been around a long time and has been a go-​to for anything related to window treatments for me and my family. They offer a great selection, custom options, the best prices (better than Home Depot, Lowes
I checked!) and they install for free. The installers are always top notch and very helpful, polite and professional. Great products, service and prices, what more could you ask for?

I called to have my blinds re-​strung and cleaned. They confirmed my appointment the guy came earlier, was very professional and took the blinds. The issue I have is that they should give receipts when they take your blinds, thankfully I have a copier and made one. The blinds will be ready in a week, I’ll post the results. So far I’m very pleased with the customer service.

OK, so they did come for the repair. Fixed the problem and now the blinds have been working again fine for about a month. Here’s the rub, though, they told me that the blinds stopped working because a mechanical part had worn out and needed replacing. Gosh. They took the whole thing apart the first time to re-​string it and didn’t notice that this major part was about to go? And it’s just a cheap piece of plastic and took all of 2 minutes to replace. I guess that’s just the way things are. So net-​net I would probably use them again.
