Awful donuts, not fluffy and fresh. Seem stale and they just looked bad. Clumpy frosting, beat up dough. I like me a quality donut, try pepples donuts down st, normally vegan but make best yeast full and fluffy donuts!

I really hate saying this but there is no cream filling anywhere in this joint. Had a maple and chocolate glazed and a coffee. Dined in. The place is so sad and dirty. I got so sad sitting there that I ordered another chocolate and regular glazed. Both were delicious. The apple fritter I got to go.

Their egg and cheese croissant is pretty big and good, plus they are still warm when I stop by on my way to work(7:45). When you are hung-over and a bran muffin from Arizmendi just isn’t going to cut it, this place will hook you up.

Don’t me wrong. They are probably real nice inside. HOWEVER, nice doesn’t comfort me when I see a roach crawling up the ceiling while waiting to receive a croissant in which was NOT eaten. Eat there if you want roach eggs hatching in your stomach(literally threw up in my mouth exiting this place). But shame on me though. This place LOOKS like it would have a nest just chilling in the back. AND it was a baby roach so you know his whole entire generation is in the back just enjoying coffee and donuts on Lee. The Ham & Cheese croissant is HUGE&SOMETIMES good! I once got a croissant and it tasted liked chicken because they fry chicken there and it doesn’t seem like they keep the food separated. That’s all I’ve ever ate here. The location isn’t so good(especially at night). I’d recommend this place if you’re looking for a good croissant sandwich for breakfast like I was the day I decided to try it. Ham & cheese croissant is $ 2.50($ 2.80 with tax).

Idk what everyone is talking My co worker and I, I mean my co-worker only by himself purchases donuts from there all the time and they don’t take like chicken. However I think its cray that they have a chinese fast food place inside the donut shop. I like it because you can get your coffee, hot chocolate and donuts and get a lunch time snack or meal at the same time! The chicken is bomb oh and the chow mien is sooooo delish!!! If your in the emeryville area and in need of a donut lunch spot, definitely give this place a try!!!

This is how life used to be before the internet and cell phones. Go to the donut store, get a donut. Joy.

They still use Styrofoam. If they are willing to break one health code, how many others are they not following.

I’m giving this 5 stars for the coffee and the Ham and cheese croissant. I just looked up how to spell croissant by the way. The ham and cheese croissant is to die for. I LOVEIT. and they are only 2.50 Also the coffee is good and I went in today and there was a cute girl cleaning up. I’m not sure if it’s the wife or daughter, but its nice to see hot chicks first thing in the morning. This place is in the little parking lot on San Pablo next to the Los Cantaros.

This place is two blocks from my house, next to a laundromat. It’s in a small strip mall which attracts all the local thug wannabes, but it’s pretty clean. I’ve had several rather greasy donuts here over the years, a chicken stick(which is really good) and a bunch of hot dogs and hot links. It’s surely a place to get a bite locally for a couple of bucks!

Was strolling around on San Pablo Ave. around 10:30am(not on foot, you swear you wanna do that…) to look for some good breakfast spot, and we spotted Lee’s donuts and decided to try it out. Yep. Along with the display case of LOTSA donuts, they also have the standard chinese take out items: fried rice, fried or bbq chicken wings, chicken skewers, and other stuff(i can’t remember them all.) Well… we got $ 2.00 fried rice(awesome — price and taste), $ 3.006 pieces of bbq chicken wings(price awesome, taste — very salty), 2 eggrolls(price & taste — AWESOMESSSS!!!) 6 donut holes(dunno how much but taste pretty good!), big twistee donut…(bigger than my head). Coffee — not bad. not bad at all! Overall — bbq chicken wings — not too awesome, but EVERYTHINGELSE were pretty darn awesome. I ate the chicken first, so i didn’t have a problem with chicken-tasting donut…

The donuts are sooo dough-y fresh and good! Unfortunately, it’s in a sketchy location. Weird people just hang around and talk to you. Some are friendly but a few are kinda creepy. This place also sells chinese/vietnamese to-go stuff for cheap! Had them before and they’re not too bad.

Up date, about 5 hours after I ate the chicken stick today, I still can taste and smell of the chicken. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – BBQ Chicken Stick, 3 good sliced chicken meat on a skewer= $ 1.50 Meat ball Stick, 3 of 2 inch diameter meat balls on a skewer= $ 2.00 Both 8 inch skewer. FXXX, it’s good shit. Both juicy and good. Tax included! I definitely can’t become a vegan. Who cares for the donuts! Well, I do. And I had the donuts too. It was not too bad after the chicken stick. You just don’t eat the donuts 1st. There is a small sign on the front window says Chinese food, chow mein, fried rice and egg roll. And donuts. Hey Mr. Lee, You are doin’ the chicken right too! And the big juicy meat balls. Keep it up, dude! P. S. Please see Amelia P’s review. and she is right, the chicken stick sold out very fast every day. I went there at 11:30 A. M!

DONOTORDERDONUTS. They taste like the chicken. However, the sauce on the grilled chicken on a stick is to die for. In fact, the little skewers of amazing-ness are not only cheap, but they’re so popular in the neighborhood, they are almost always sold out by 2PM. DONUTS=do not. Chicken=stuff that dreams are made of.

Home of the fried chicken flavored donut. Man is this place funny, they serve fried chicken skewers, eggrolls and donuts. I have to say the fried chicken wasn’t bad, and the donuts were amazing(if you dig fried chicken flavored donuts that is). I didn’t get sick from eating there and sticking a skewer of fried chicken through a donut was funny for about 3 hours, so yeah, I give it 2 stars.
