Barrels and Branches is part botanical garden and part retail space displaying plants that do well in Southern California gardens. We pride ourselves in providing appropriate plant material for all of the region’s microclimates, while specializing in drought-​tolerant, hardy plants, as well as a plethora of perennials, clumping grasses, trees, shrubs, and house plants from South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the Mediterranean that thrive in our temperate climate.

Our retail plant nursery has the largest succulent and cactus inventory in the area. In addition to offering our clients the resources and collective experience behind our nursery, we also provide services to help build beautiful, sustainable gardens including:

Our garden center has a wide selection of pottery as well as a gift shop featuring gift items, garden tools, handmade candles, pottery, art & photography from local artists.

Also, the Barrels & Branches gardens can be rented out for your special event. Our multi-​level property and pathways encourage mingling and socializing all while enjoying the gardens.
