Hypnotherapy can work in as little as one session, and many people find complete resolution after only a few visits. Both in-​person and telephone sessions are available for your convenience, and all clients receive an MP3 of the process for home use.

Established in 2008, Healthy Habits Hypnosis has assisted hundreds of people in reaching their lifestyle and wellness goals. Certified hypnotherapist and company owner Jill Thomas has over 15 years of professional background in health and wellness. In addition to her broad experience as a hypnotherapist, she is a former American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management consultant, as well as a personal trainer. Jill has also received specialized training to help others achieve increased self-​confidence, reduced anxiety, elimination of fears and phobias, and more. Naturally intuitive and personally familiar with tackling deeply-​rooted and unhealthy habits, Jill identifies with and understands her clients’ needs.

Her book, Feed Your Real Hunger: Getting off the Emotional Treadmill That Keeps You Overweight, is an invaluable guide for individuals trying to lose weight through the incorporation of self-​hypnosis techniques.

Healthy Habits Hypnosis owner Jill Thomas is herself a living testament to the power of hypnosis. In 2006, after years of frustration at failing to lose weight using countless diets and appetite control pills, she finally decided to try hypnotherapy. Within a year, she had lost 75 pounds, and she has maintained a healthy weight ever since.

Jill found that not only did hypnosis help her lose the pounds — it actually transformed her thinking about food, body image, and exercise. This was the beginning of Jill’s passion to share what she learned with others who still wage a daily battle with food. Her sessions are infused with the special healing that can come only from someone who has truly «been there.»
