We travel to patients’ homes throughout San Diego County. This includes private homes, retirement communities, independent living, and assisted living facilities. It is very common for us to see people who notice their muscles getting weaker or their walking pattern getting worse and need our help to regain their strength and walking. Some people are recovering from surgery or have had a stroke or an injury. Many others have some sort of pain issue in the joints or muscles. Our main goal with therapy is to help seniors regain some of their independence and restore their quality of life.

History

Established in 2005.

In-​Home Therapy Services of San Diego is a 8 year old company that treats seniors in San Diego with their rehabilitation needs. We help older adults with all sorts of problems related to aging. We are a Medicare certified private practice and are one of the only therapy clinics in all of San Diego that provides outpatient therapy in the home.

Meet the Business Owner

Jim P.

Business Owner

Jim is the owner of In-​Home Therapy Services of San Diego and has been practicing as a licensed physical therapist for over 12 years. He attained his Master’s Degree in PT from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and then went on to complete an additional Master’s Degree in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2001. Jim also teaches balance and fall prevention classes for seniors throughout the North County community.
