Balance Within

Ayurveda~Massage~Yoga

We are all a unique makeup why should we be treated the same? When we create balance within our bodies we create perfect health. How can we get you in balance?

Ayurveda– through dosha testing, diet, herbs, lifestyle, and coaching. Get your unique make up and know the diet, lifestyle, and receive body work that suits you best.

Massage– Deep tissue and injury work 15 years of experience. Accept no fault insurance. Extensive knowledge in anatomy and phisology to get to the root of the issue not to slap a band-aid on the problem. This is no fluff and buff.

Yoga– group classes in studio to come. Privates to deepen your practice or to get yourself comfortable to go to group classes. Yoga in the Park schedule available.

History

Established in 2000.

Lori graduated the Muscular Therapy Institute, in Boston MA in 2000. Shortly after, she moved to Kona Hawaii, where she started a private practice very involved, with the local triathlete community. This practice evolved into working with athletes all over the world, who were competing for the world championship IRONMAN Kona.

Lori loved doing all the sports massage and injury work, but thought there had to be more, there seems to be a missing link in healing. That is when she added the Mind and Spirit component to healing.

Heading on to Encinitas C.A. where Lori resides now she continued her education through the Soul of Yoga getting certified as an yoga instructor and Ayurveda Practitioner. «Understanding that there are individual journeys to your holistic path has been life changing and personally transformative.»

Business Owner

Lori Correia is a Holistic Practitioner through Ayurveda, Massage and Yoga.

Lori follows the eastern beliefs that everyone is created in a unique way and that holistic care needs to be catered towards that. By looking at a person holistically we get to the root of disease and injury instead of treating the symptoms, for true healing.
