What an awesome group!
This was my first experience with PT, and I didn’t quite know what to expect. Fortunately I was matched with Colleen, a super friendly super experienced therapist who’s laser-​focused on getting her clients better. Working with Colleen was a pleasure. She’s very personable and a great listener. My pain was hard for me to pinpoint/​describe, but Colleen was patient & effectively honed-​in to my problem area.
The front desk is also stellar. The guys are very organized and great at balancing their heavy client-​load. There is a true effort to connect with each of their patients personally, so there’s a definite warm, friendly vibe when you walk through the doors.
**TIP** Try scheduling several appointments at a time — the therapists book up quickly. Their appointment system is a little bit archaic, so don’t expect any email or call reminders. Just plug the dates into your calendar right away!
