The Faucet Factory

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and selection at Faucet Factory. They have a relatively small store, but lots to look at, especially bathroom faucets, and door hardware (for both cabinets and regular doors). I did think they were rather low on their kitchen faucet selection, though. I worked with several different guys. They are a bit stiff, but very knowledgable and I felt they were happy to answer my many questions. Even on my smaller shopping trips for bathroom towel bars and other minutiae, I felt the manager was as helpful as if I was buying a roomful of items. I also checked their prices on-​line and they were always cheaper than anyone else (even on-​line), which kind of surprised me since they are a smaller, local store. My orders always came in on time and I felt the whole process was seamless and professional, which was a relief after dealing with contractors for a year of remodeling ;).
Finally, I was most impressed when they were helping me replace a kitchen faucet. They could have easily sold me a $ 500+ faucet to replace my old one, that was no longer working. However, based on the specific issues I was having with the old faucet, they advised me to call Kohler first to see if they would replace it. Sure enough, Kohler replaced the 5 year old faucet for free. Thanks for you honesty and help Faucet Factory!

Beautiful showroom with fantastic knowledgeable sales people! I have referred many friends, family and clients to this showroom for small standard remodels to the most cutting edge, highest quality remodels and have had great feedback from all! They are a local business and work with other local businesses creating an easy way to do floor to ceiling kitchen and bath remodels. If you’re redecorating your bathroom or kitchen, this is the place to go! They have everything you could possibly imagine for creating the room of your dreams. The staff is friendly and very helpful when it comes to putting everything together. Being a visual person, I love how their showroom features different setups of spaces so you know exactly what your own house could look like, and get different ideas to go off of. I would definitely recommend checking them out to get unique pieces that are high quality and will make your bathroom or kitchen extra special!

I ordered my beautiful italian made shower faucet 3 months ago and promised a delivery from these guys in 4 days, so I started demolition. It has been 3 months and still one part is missing so I can not install.
I called Keith several times and he does not answer back or give you excuses. Last time he told me the part was in a container in Long Beach and due the strike the container was not released. Too bad for him I import things built in Italy for my business too and containers coming from Europe arrive to the East Coast ports and instead… I just want to be able to shower in my own shower again… terrible service

After having such a bad experience at Ferguson Bath & lighting, I did an Internet search and found this place.
Within minutes when I walked in, I was instantly approached with helpful service! Which was a relief because I had so many questions! I was looking for a single hole faucet for a vessel sink, and didn’t know much about them.
Joel was the one who helped me and was very kind in answering my novice questions. Lol! I ordered a medium height one, but then the next day I changed my mind and I called, talked to Curtis, and requested to upgrade to taller one.
The faucet came in sooner than expected, and when it did. .talk about Customer Service! Joel called me to give me status, that unfortunately, the UPS shipping process put a ding on my faucet, but he was already on it! He explained that he was ordering me a new one asap! And arrived only (2) days later.
When I went to pick it up, Joel explained that due to the snafu, they waived the upgrade charge!
And that is whyyyy I love to buy local! Great job, beautiful product, and great customer service! Can’t beat that!

I really wanted to do business locally, but this place just isn’t worth it. The first time I went in to inquire about a farm sink, the guy told me he would have to research what I was looking for. Turns out it is a pretty standard size and shape that I bought through ATG stores. I went back and ordered my faucets. That was a mistake. I placed the order over a month ago. I was told the pieces would come in quickly (a few days). I still don’t have the complete order and I am chasing them for updates.
It is worth your time to go to International Bath and Tile. That is where I got my bath pieces. So much for shopping locally. If we weren’t in the middle of the project, I would cancel and re order.

New ownership at the Faucet Factory and I still love this place. The new owner, Joel, is remodeling the relatively new space and adding more vignette the displays. This will make it easier for clients to visualize the pieces all in the same space. They have given extra effort in my orders and I really appreciate it. Makes my job so much easier. I’m glad Joel is introducing new manufacturers as looking at the same models over and over gets old. Excellent place to go for your plumbing needs!

This company has left me in the lurch since October. Product has arrived multiple times defective; in calling the manufacturer recently, I learned that no one at the Faucet Factory had ever contacted the supervisor there. Now I have to wait for another ground shipment, 10 days minimum to fill out my order, and hope the product is not again defective on four separate occasions. Faucet Factory has recently been bought out but the staff has apparently not changed.
I recommend going elsewhere, any where else!

I used Faucet Factory to help me redo my two upstairs bathrooms. My experience was nothing short of amazing! For the master bath I bought the new Jayson tub with micro silk tech. Wow!!! My skin is so much softer and it is like taking a vacation without leaving home! Curt, Susie and Mark made it so easy to pick the perfect faucets and hardware to pull everything together. I am so happy I used then for my projects! The guest bath now looks like a mens club bath, very sophisticated and user friendly with the rain shower and multi head sprays sure to get all dirty boys clean!

All I can say is pricy! AFTER my purchase (s) I compared Internet pricing and found The Faucet Factory’s prices to have a fairly high markup.
They were VERY knowledgeble and helpful, but for me; I wished I’d shopped on-​line before my «brick & mortar» purchase. I guess that’s the trade off, so if you’re a person who needs lots of advice and a real person to help you out it might work for you.

Not a very pleasant sales woman. Talking down to customers is not the best way to sell an expensive faucet.

Over promise and under deliver. I decided to go with a nicer quality faucet instead of buying something off the shelf from Home Depot. Once I received my order from Faucet Factory the «new» box didn’t have the correct parts. They were half sink half shower parts. Opps! Their vendors made no effort to make things right and neither did Faucet Factory. Instead of trying to make me whole and go get the part themselves to keep a happy customer they just told me «opps» it’s lost in the mail. Or «oops» they said they sent the correct parts to us. Or «opps» that’s an easy part to fix you can do it yourself… you don’t need a plumber. Faucet Factory totally missed the mark on customer service. They did not hold their vendor accountable. They did not attempt to make things right. DO NOT USE THEM!

I was totally inexperienced at co-​ordinating my bathroom remodel and choosing all the fixtures, but the guys here made it comfortable, easy, even exciting. They all know exactly what they are talking about. The process usually takes more than one visit and by the time your project is through, you feel like you’ve made new friends. I’ve never had so much fun spending so much money.

GREAT store, very nice high-​end selection. Don’t have Sterling help you… he’s a bit pre-​occupied and not very kind. When he was helping me it seemed like he had better things to do. He just comes off as a bit rude and not helpful. There are other people who work there that you can have help you and you’ll enjoy your experience. Since buying a sink or faucet isn’t really the most fun way to spend money, you should work with someone nice and at least make the experience somewhat enjoyable.
