I’ve actually never bought anything from them. However, I once needed an extension tube for a sink I was replacing. I found one (just one, I needed two) at Home Depot. No one at Home Depot seemed to care at all, or know anything.
After I got home, I phoned this store. It was on the eve of a holiday, I forget which one, and the gentleman was about to close shop, but he listened patiently to my requirement, asked me where I lived and then suggested another store at Malden, where, he said, I would find people who could help me and would probably have the part.
I went to that store, and indeed, I was helped, and I got the part. I have never forgotten this act of kindness from the shop-​owner. I don’t go to this store as I live far from it, but I think it has great service.
