On Christmas Day (Friday), I noticed a large leak in our ceiling (which had been covered by some art work). I left a message on Roof.net’s phone, and received a call back from Ken on Saturday morning. He came out at 8 am on Monday morning, quickly saw the problem, and gave us an estimate which we immediately accepted. He had his crew out and the repair was completed within a few hours. The crew was very friendly and professional, and the repair fixed the problem. We’ve been through a couple of rainstorms and a big snow without problem. Ken was very quick and responsive with all our questions.

Ken came out the same day i called and offered to fix my leak the very next day. The price was reasonable and they showed up the very next day and performed the job quickly. I was happy with the work that was done and documentation that was provided. Very easy to remember the company address

. I had a specialized roof repair that I needed done and although Ken was ultimately not able to bid the job he called me back immediately. He came out and inspected the job and gave some recommendations on who to call. Wished all businesses worked this way.

I first called the company about a year ago and Ken came out. I thought I was having some roof issues with leaks, Ken did some fixes, but told me my roof was on its way out the door. I knew this when I bought the house and wasn’t surprised to hear. He gave me a ballpark figure without really going up and pricing everything at the time I had the fix. I ended up saving up some cash and called him about 6 months later once I saved up the money.
Ken came back out and gave me a detailed estimate, which I had looked over by a friend who knows more about roofs than I do and he agreed it was a fair price and he could tell they knew what they were doing based on the detailed estimate.
They replaced my roof in one day and it looks great, it has been a few months and no problems at all.

I am so thankful for Ken and his team. I called late this week for them to check out our roof before the storm. On Thursday they took a look and performed the fixes before the storm on Friday. We just bought this house and we’re glad to have a great team check it out. He told me how many years are left on the roof, and things we can do to extend its life.

Excellent customer service, communication, and work!
Contacted Ken about repairing roof coping that had been badly damaged in previous storms due to heavy winds. His foreman stopped by that same day, and I received a reasonable estimate that evening. Ken walked me through the coping specs and what to expect with the removal and installation process. Since I had only contacted him a couple days before a major storm to hit the area, he didn’t think he’d be able to get the work done before the storm, so he suggested a competitor who might be able to. As it turns out, Ken was less expensive and provided more coverage in the estimated repairs that the competitor couldn’t. Additionally, the competitor couldn’t do the work for another couple weeks. I contacted Ken again to secure a contract for his next available repair date after the storm. Ken was actually more concerned about the repairs being done before the big snow storm hit, so he promptly scheduled an emergency repair without any additional cost. The work was done professionally, and within a day of signing the contract and well before the storm. I’m very pleased at the communication, honesty, value, and quality of the work performed by Ken and his team. His team arrived on time, took their time, even on this small but important repair job, were pleasant and professional, and cleaned up nicely after themselves.
After this experience, I’m glad I hired Ken and his team to do this work, and will gladly hire him again in the future! Thanks for the great work and your willingness to take on this small, but time-​challenged, repair!

Super fast service. They gave us an estimate the same day I called and had it fixed by the next day. Ken did a great job replacing shingles on our difficult-​to-​access roof. It helped us avoid major damage that the impending blizzard would have caused.

Btw, Ken drove a sedan to my house and I was wondering how he could climb to the attic and check the leakage. It turns out he has a 20 feet ladder that can be folded so small to fit into the trunk. :)

I originally had a great experience with
in June. However, the company’s responsiveness has changed after my initial review. I continued to experience leaks on my flat rear roof and contacted the company again. The company told me that its foreman said my gutters were full and that caused my leaks. I had the gutters cleaned and the leaks continued. I contacted the company on several occasions about the ongoing leaks.
Finally, I requested an estimate to have the roof pitch raised to end the leaks in early October. After multiple promises of an estimate and the foreman contacting me, I’ve still yet to receive either. I had several other companies stop by to evaluate the roof and they said the gutters were clear and the roof had holes in it that caused the leaks and pooling of water. The holes were visible and both said that «gutters had nothing to do with the leaks.»
starts out well, but I’m definitely not satisfied with the relationship and customer service, particularly when I’ve been trying to give them money and work.

Ken and his team did a great job on our emergency roof repair. We had a leak in our bedroom and called him fairly late on a Friday night and left a message. He responded almost immediately and was here the next day to assess the damage. Everything was completed faster than I expected (within about 24 hours of first calling) and explained to us very well. Pricing was fair and I will definitely recommend him to friends/​family if the need arises.

We had a leak and Ken called me back within 10 minutes of sending the request on Unilocal.His foreman was out that day to take a look and then Ken sent me an estimate that evening. The price was very reasonable and they started work just a couple days later! We’ve only had minor rain since the repair, but haven’t seen any leaking yet.

After a week of constant rain in early October we discovered water damage on the ceiling in our townhome and realized the fear that just about every homeowner has: something is wrong with our roof. After checking out several roofing companies on Unilocal,I decided to use
because of the solid review history that they have received. Interestingly enough this review could have easily been 1 or 2 stars, but I’m happy to report it didn’t go that way because in the end they came through in a big way.
Here’s my story:
On a Wednesday I called and spoke to owner Ken B.(no, not me). He picked up right away and explained how I need to go their website and complete a «Service/​Estimate Request» form (
) to get the ball rolling. Up front he admitted that they had been very busy because of the recent storms and that it might take a few days to make it out to my home. I told him I understood and luckily we weren’t expecting rain for another week so I told him no problem. Shortly after I completed the form he called me back and told me he could squeeze me in sooner, on Friday, because of my close proximity to his personal residence. He showed up on Friday, inspected my attic and took some photos of the roof. Within a few hours I received his estimate, the guarantee that came with it and a time frame of Saturday or Monday for getting the work completed. The flashing around the dryer vent needed to replaced and inspection of the other vents would be conducted. While the price was a little higher than what I expected, I trusted that the work was quality which made it worth it. During my research I read several reviews of other roofing companies where people suffered and regretted going with the cheaper price. I agreed to the work and he confirmed accordingly.
Then a strange thing happened. Saturday came and went with no work being done. No big deal as I expected that it might just be the heavy workload they were dealing with and it would get done on Monday. On Monday morning I sent an email seeking confirmation of the work being done that day. Around noon that day he contacted me and informed me that there was a scheduling conflict, so the work would have to be pushed to Tuesday. I told him no worries. On Tuesday night I noticed that the work had not been done. I sent Ken an email expressing my frustration and within the hour his foreman called me to apologize and explain that they had a miscommunication. He assured me that the work would be done early on Wednesday. As promised Wednesday morning they arrived and completed the work in short order. I then received a call from Ken and he apologized several times over for the delay, the miscommunication and the scheduling conflict. He told me it was not acceptable and to compensate me for the troubles he would take $ 200 off the price of the work they performed. He then sent me pictures of the work and a final confirmation of the amount I would be charged.
His apology, the reduced price, the pictures of the work, the guarantee they provided, their quick action to address my concerns and the fact that we haven’t had a leak since is why they earned another 5 star review. Since the work was completed we have had several rain storms with no leaking issues, which is why I waited to write this review.
While my initial experience wasn’t perfect, the overall experience was made perfect by good customer service and that is why I highly recommend
for any roofing concerns you may have.

I am still so pleased with Ken and his company that I had to submit a review for a second job he did at my house. During my first encounter with Ken to get my emergency situation taken care of (a leak coming from my roof vent stack pipe), I had expressed to him my desire to have my rusted vent stack pipe painted. He said it could be done but that the rainy weather would first need to clear up; otherwise, the paint would wash away. I told him I’d be in touch and would contact him at a later point, and I did so within a matter of a couple of weeks. He kept his word to come back out, and he and I began making arrangements for the second job.
Although this was, by scope, a smaller job, Ken’s attention to this this job wasn’t any different than the initial one. The turn-​around time for the second job was just as quick as it was with the emergency situation and the work itself was just as spectacular… it was beyond fantastic! Ken’s men sanded and painted my vent stack pipe, but honestly, it’s as though they transformed my old, rusted vent stack pipe into a clean, smooth-​finished work of art. The work looks totally professional grade, and I am so pleased about that!
I can’t thank Ken, his men, and
enough for being so responsive to both of my needs – emergent or not – their work, expertise, knowledge, and professionalism! I’m so glad I’ve found a company I feel I can trust to do important work at my house.

My husband and I had a great experiences with
