The place is beyond unorganized. All the way from the owner down to the shop. I was getting a rattling noise investigated. The part to replace it would not be in for three days, which put me over a deadline for a trip. Instead of calling me and discussing the issue with me he repacked the part with grease to temporarily fix the noise for the road trip. Upon arrival he explained what he did and that it was not only going to cost me to temporarily fix it, he was going to charge me to again to actually fix it. After making him agree to install the part for free I drove away. It still made the rattling noise after the «fix» and the brakes still made noise after the told me they fixed that too. I am also pretty sure that he charged me for a new oil filter and replaced it with the old one, because I was under the car before and after the visit trying to find out what the noise is myself.
