Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

Only giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars or negative stars. The phrase «Pictures are deceiving» can never have been more true in this situation. I think the pictures were taken when this place was first built. Things falling apart all over the place. Dirty courtyard area, filthy pool area with trash everywher, an No employees to be seen anywhere.
Now for the room, filthy carpets, dirt/​dust on everything you can think of inside. Stained sheets and hairs everywhere. At this point I want to leave thinking nothing can worse in here, when we see bed bugs by the bedside lamp and surrounding area. I notify the front desk to switch me rooms ASAP!!! I get another room and while searching that room for bugs, I see more BED BUGS!!! crawling by my 6mo old sons head!!!
WORST PLACE EVER!!! And the worst thing about it was that the employees didn’t care about the fact that I mentioned BED BUGS!!!

HORRIBLE! This hotel should not be open! A large group (16) of us stayed there for a wedding, taking up five rooms. Everyone had various problems. Most importantly, the staff is slim and nothing gets done. My parents (78 and 76 years old) had a handicapped room that was a joke. On the ground floor but that was about it. Stairs everywhere which they had a hard time doing. Their tub was an old whirlpool tub that was converted to a regular tub they had a VERY difficult time getting in and out of. The last two days of our stay, their room HAD NO RUNNING WATER IN THE SHOWER/​TUB and of course this was the night of the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. We complained immediately but two days later, water was not fixed. How does a hotel not have running water in their shower? The whole family reunion/​wedding was ruined by this stay. The so called «manager» seems to work 9 to 5 and no one else is able to do anything or think on their own there. One day there was very slim pickings for the breakfast due to the «corporate didn’t send it» excuse. Towels were slim (had to wait for towels one day because they were in the dryer). What hotel does not have an over abundance of towels for their guests? No pool towels. Another day rooms were not cleaned (including no clean towels) when we were all preparing for the rehearsal dinner! Came back after the dinner and the room was never cleaned. Garbage cans by the pool/​social area overflowed for days and no one emptied them. No one cleaned the pool or hot tub (which was NOT hot). If my family was not there for a wedding, we all would have left the first day. Some tried but the other hotel down the street was booked. Staff is rude and not helpful or accommodating. Manager is a joke and does not know how to manage anything. This

DISCUSTING!!! Disgusting!!! At first they gave us one room. But the minute we entered the room we could tell that someone just slept on bed! And there was trash on a table. So they gave us another room! Oh man it was so filthy! Look at the pictures!!! And the room had only one towel (picture!). It was all dirty!!!
The breakfast was ok. But the breakfast area smelled like a bathroom!

This place was gross. The carpets where so stained and dingy I made the kids keep their shoes on. The bathroom had mold and our room keys stopped working, twice. The walls were so thin you could hear people two doors down. It’s cheap yes, but you def get what you pay for. Will not be staying again

This was the closest hotel to the pala casino, i seen all the bad reviews but i was like Eff it. I was very very very surprised when i got there. The girl at thy front was nice, friendly and fast. I got my key within 5 minutes. I was like ok so far so good, dreading to go into the room i was again surprised. I went straight to the sheets and pillows, no hair anywhere, no stains, smells nice and clean. The floor there was not 1 stain. I went into the bathroom, also super clean. Took a shower, nice hot water. I went out to check the pool, nice and clear snd clean. There is a burger joint ad a liquor store walking distance.
I am not friends with anyone that works here, this was my first time here. I don’t know why there is so many sucky reviews, maybe i was just lucky. But i honestly do recommend this place. Boom.

Don’t stay here it’s a dump Understaffed on a Saturday. Arrived an hour after check in, room my made untrained staff at front desk. Don’t stay here .the room stinks (smells) Too bad it’s the only hotel in Fallbrook.

The only reason we stayed here is because it is close to Pala Casino. It took 15 minutes to get to the counter to be checked in, the poor girl was alone. Then she gave me the wrong room number, but luckily she hadn’t given me the room key so I had to go back for it anyway. Then the room keys didn’t work once I got to my room. The room was old, closet door broken, no hot water at 2:00 am, and the shower nozzle was broken so the water wouldn’t turn off –eventually I got it to shut off. Will never stay at this hotel again. This place has so much potential though… Perhaps the owners should give it some care and attention.

I finally got my refund from this «place» today.

WARNING!!! HORRIBLE AND FILTHY…
We booked two rooms for the weekend. We were here for a wedding. Our stay began with a phone call at 2:00 in the afternoon on the day we were to check in. We were told that their kitchen was not functioning so there would not be breakfast as advertised. They said that we could cancel our reservations «free». It was too late to try to find something else and we were already on our way from northern CA to Fallbrook.
We arrived and upon check in they charged our credit card in full for three nights — even though they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The hotel staff of one was totally incompetent and the manager would not come out of her room to speak with us. The manager spoke to us on the telephone and was rude.
The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They are filthy. The carpets and furniture are stained, the wallpaper is peeling, and the bathrooms were not clean. There were long black hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor and in the sink.
They did not clean our room for our entire stay. We called down to the front desk and specifically asked to have our room cleaned while we were away for the wedding. We arrived back to our rooms and they were still a mess. I went down to the front desk to speak with them about this and was told that housekeeping said that we did not want our rooms cleaned. Housekeeping never came to our rooms to ask if we wanted them cleaned. I have my doubts that they even have housekeeping. She would not even give us any coffee packets because she said that housekeeping had them and she did not have access.
Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this establishment. It is truly a dive.

I stayed her back in october, i will not be back! i don’t know if this place is haunted or what, but it’s just creeps me out now lol. but the place sucked too, it’s not that I’m afraid of ghosts or anything… we were staying 2 nights for the night before and night of my brother’s wedding, but on the last night, we debated leaving at 4am and driving home to san diego!
the grounds were pretty run down and dirty, doesn’t seem like they have a maintenance crew or anything? our room was big and nice enough, but there were dead bugs by the windows, our microwave didn’t work, the shower wouldn’t spit out hot water. the next morning we went to the continental breakfast to get a quick bite before getting ready for the wedding. we saw staff just bring out a new thermos of milk, so my boyfriend poured himself a cup. we walked outside and when he took a drink, he spit it into the bushes. it was so sour smelling that we thew away my apple juice and our muffins. we went to the car to get on with the long day and didn’t get back till around 10:30 or 11pm.
when we got back, the parking lot was lit and the block of rooms next to the lot were lit up, but for some reason there was this eerie shadow along our block of rooms. it was so strange because the lights from the rooms lit up the courtyard and everything, but not the front of the rooms. i dont know, it just was a strange, creepy feeling we BOTH got as soon as our room block was visible. we brushed it aside and went to the room and went to sleep, as were exhausted from a long day of wedding stuff. we fell asleep around midnight, and at 3am, the fire alarm outside our door began blaring and lighting up… we jumped out of bed and ran outside and notice NO OTHER ALARMS WERE GOING OFF! they shut off pretty quickly but we were so startled. we called the front desk to ask what was going on, and they said there were no alarms that went off!!! we told them there definitely were, we could see the lights spinning and we definitely heard them. They insisted there were no alarms that had gone off at all, and we were the only ones to call in for that. we chalked it up to the creepiness of the place and went to sleep.
in the morning, we couldn’t wait to get out of there. it was the least expensive hotel in fallbrook near my brother’s venue, but if we’re ever in the area again, we will be staying elsewhere!
My stoner brain theory: Someone who stayed in that room (222) tried to use the microwave, it somehow caught fire and killed them, which is why the creepy shadow on the rooms at night, and why the microwave doesn’t work, and why the fire alarm outside the room is the only one to go off without anyone else hearing, and why the water in that room is so cold… also, i think people who run it are very hills-​have-​eyes-​ish, so they book people into rooms and kidnap them… but i’m kidding… maybe? i hope so. i don’t like people wearing my skin.

I have to agree with all of the negative reviews of this hotel. Called the hotel to see how many rooms are available in April. They state it’s a 2 night minimum. Offered to purchase 10 rooms for my wedding (guaranteed money) however the manager at this hotel never responded back. Poor management and service. I would recommend the Pala Mesa Resort, or if you are on a budge there are several small cheap lodges in the area. Avoid this dump.

False advertising, no flat screen, This place is disgusting, stains on the floor, dirty, no phone in room, old tv sits on a table with no remote. Looks and feels ghetto!!! It’s midnight and other places are sold out around here. We made our reservations 1 month ago we were told a handicapped room was available, it was not. I had to take stairs to the 3^rd floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! TOLD MANAGEMENT, AND WAS TOLD TO COMPLAIN ONLINE. 0 stars

Disgusting hotel! Came in to dirty sheets with hair and bugs and dirty towels. The maintenance guy was hitting on us. My friend had a hotel reservation through Expedia and it was not showing up in their system. Shower is a dump. Faucet leaks tons of water. Don’t stay here!!! Pay the extra 100 to have a CLEAN SPOT.

We booked a room block here in April for our upcoming wedding in September. We created the room block in person, at the hotel, and they even gave us a tour of the rooms we chose to block for our guests. The staff was so polite and we were excited to be able to have our guests at a hotel close by for a reasonable rate. Over the last few months as my guests have tried to book, they were turned away saying the hotel was full. Some guests were booked, but not under the room block. Others were told to call the Choice hotel number and then were told by that line to call the hotel directly to book under a room block.
I have called to verify the status of booking in my room block multiple times and was never told of any changes that had happened. After another one of my guests were redirected multiple times, the «new» manager calls me to tell me that my block wasn’t valid because of the change in management that happened back in June. This is ironic to me because I had talked to the front desk 20 minutes prior and the guy working there provided me with the confirmation number of my room block, confirmed the names of the people who had booked rooms in my party (but not under the block), and confirmed the hotel showed as booked because I had the 20 remaining rooms available for my block. The manager said I would need to sign a new contract in order to keep these rooms and provide payment for any rooms not booked by guests. He quoted me a price of $ 169/​night per room, even though I had signed a previous contract for a room block at $ 79/​night. He said he couldn’t honor that because of new management. They probably would not have even notified me of changes had I not been calling. This is extremely unprofessional. His suggestion was for me to contact the prior manager whom I had set the room block up with. That lady doesn’t even work there anymore so what is she supposed to do about it!!! Needless to say, I have moved the guests that were booked here to a different hotel and Quality Inn will not be getting my business.

This place is a dump.
Booked through Hotwire and got an amazing deal. I didn’t need anything fancy– I just needed a place for me and my friend to crash for a night. When I arrived, I heard the person at the desk say on the phone that there weren’t any first floor rooms available. I tried to check in at the alloted check in time (3 pm) and I told her I needed an accessible room for my friend who is in a wheelchair and has a service dog. She proceeded to repeat that only 2^nd floor were available (no elevators) and was extremely rude. She chastised me for not calling ahead to make sure a room was available. Then I found out that the reason no first floor rooms were available was because they had just decided to clean all of the downstairs rooms’ carpet at the same time right before check in time. The woman told us we could come back in 2 – 3 hours and one room might be dry to have one. So we came back in 2 hours and she begrudgingly gave us the first floor room. As it turns out, the first floor rooms are not handicapped accessible. We had to figure out alternative paths to avoid stairs from the parking lot.
The room was mediocre at best. The faucet in the shower/​tub leaked so much it looked like someone had just used it and the toilet clogged up after one use and refused to flush after that point. The faucet in the sink leaked around where it was affixed to the counter.
Run down establishment, not accessible, rude staff, poor hotel management.

Absolute dirty run down pit. Pool condemned by health inspector, broken tv in room, shower faucet pulled out of the wall, comforter stained and the interstate noise is very apparent. Truly dislike this chain of hotels now and will never return to this location. I would rather sleep in my car.

Not too shabby! Stayed 1 night, price wasn’t bad, and the rooms were surprisingly nice! Nice big bed and bathrooms area. Free breakfast included which had eggs, sausage, English muffins, toast, yogurt, waffles, all kids of beverages. Would definitely return if needed. Also has pool and spa. 4 stars because they were out of ice when my fiancé was in desperate need :)

Who knew I would love a Quality Inn so much! We spent our weekend in Temecula but didn’t want to pay so much for our stay so we booked this hotel thinking we would probably get a «okay» place. It was actually really nice! The pool area was nice with lots of plants and really nice chairs. They even had a sports bar and restaurant which is so rare of these kinds of hotel chains. The receptionist was super friendly and let us check out an hour late. The whole experience here was so much better than I thought it would be. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was a GREAT stay!!!

I’m giving this hotel three stars due to being inexpensive, ($ 62 with taxes) quiet, and clean. For this price point you know that you get what you pay for. This hotel is simply a place to sleep, NOT a place to hang out at.
As I stated previously, our room was clean. I saw no bugs, and there was warm water (water pressure seemed a bit low and no extra towels were available).
Front desk staff was friendly and apologetic that she could offer no more bath towels for our room. She did give us three pool towels, which was interesting since there were none out at the pool so I guess stop by and get some before heading to the pool.
This hotel property has a lot of potential but seems to currently be suffering from neglect. The grass was up to our ankles in some places, there was a dead bird by the pool, the pool itself was pretty dirty, decorative pots by the pool were filled with trash and storage of mattresses and old furniture was right next to where you park.
If you are looking for something inexpensive and this is a good location for you, it’s worth $ 60.

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night because we couldn’t find an affordable one night stay in Temecula.
The hotel room was spacious enough. The sheets were clean, but I noticed a few strands of hair in the shower. We mainly stayed here to sleep, so it was enough for us.
This place doesn’t offer free breakfast, but they offer a $ 5 voucher for their bar/​restaurant. We ordered a breakfast sandwich in the morning, and it took too long for it to be made. The food, however, did taste pretty good for the price.
We paid around $ 60 for the night, which is why I gave this place 3 stars. However, I noticed that this place can be as expensive as $ 160 (in May/​June). Definitely not worth that price!
