Focused on making money. They delayed billing my insurance by 5 months and when we went to schedule our 6 month follow up, they refused to take us because they had not been paid by insurance. Which could be understandable until the provider said in his explanation that«in this country this is how it works». Borderline racist. The actual appointment was not much better. For a pediatric dental office they completely lack anything kid friendly that would make it easier for little one. When my 3 year old became ancy(as would be typical for a first visit) they took us in a back room with two office chairs and he got his cleaning while he sat on my lap.

I recently moved to the area and went to this dentist because he was the only pediatric dentist that was in network and close to our house. I was very uncomfortable during my first visit. He recommended 2 fillings for my son(6 years old), sealants for 2 teeth. With the insurance coverage approximately $ 400 my portion worth of work. One week later my husband and I went for our cleaning at SANATI, Ardalan Tysons Dentistry and we absolutely loved these dentist(see their review) and decided to move our son there and get the work that was recommended by Tyson’s Pediatric(PD) done there. They told us they will need the records from PD. I requested the records from PD and was told we need to pay $ 25. We paid it and a week later received print outs of the X-rays in the mail. These were not diagnostic and the dentists notes were not included. I called these guys several times trying to get the records. After 2 months they emailed me the records. Same print outs of X-rays with Dr note. Long story short I never get the records I paid for. My son is finally seeing the dentist at Tyson’s dentistry. No fillings needed. Only the sealant. Stay away from these guys. Horrible customer service. I don’t know why I was uncomfortable there during my first visit but the treatment after my first visit confirms this is not the place for me and my family.
