Infiniti of Tacoma at Fife

I wanted to update my previous Unilocal on this dealership since we just completed the purchase of our second new Infiniti from the Dealership. The new facility is very impressive and modern. They have changed their sales model from commissioned sales, to salaried Product Specialist.
The staff is well trained and very friendly and knowledgeable. We were assisted by Dewayne Williams throughout the afternoon and took a long test drive. We worked directly with the Sales Manager, Dennis O’Connor (whom we purchased our first Infiniti from) on a very fair trade in and purchase price. Finance Manager Bob Barker was a real pleasure to work with and was very thorough.
At the time of delivery, our detailed QX60 was placed in the Delivery Room for our inspection and orientation.
We are looking forward to the new state of the art Service Facility, which is fully enclosed and customer friendly.
My wife and I trust this dealership and are very satisfied with today’s experience. We will be back.

I was not at all planning on buying a car… just looking… but the customer service by Tim and Tim was superior! No pressure at all just lots if information on the car I liked. The experience was exceptional and ultimately made my decision to buy. The finance experience with Bob was friendly, professional, informative and quick which I really appreciated. Thank you everyone for the fantastic experience.

Nice salesman, but the finance manager was weird and seemed very unfriendly. Also they tried to screw me on the pricing of the car, but happy now found an infiniti elsewhere for a way better deal. Oh and they try to give you way less for what’s your trade in is really worth, so not a place I would reccomend.

Upon first entering the Infiniti sales room I was filled with anxiety and and a nervous mindset. I leased a car and was unsure about my options that were available to me for financing. Shade eased my worried mindset and can up with a great financial plan that fits my needs. My outlook of Infiniti Of Tacoma was greatly improved after speaking to Mr. Shade Clark. I recommend Shade to anyone looking to gain knowledge on a new Infiniti

There are few businesses that truly deserve a 1-​star rating but that’s where I’m left with this dealership. Where do I start? It was a disaster of an experience from the beginning. Their car listing had the wrong info, which they never corrected. Upon making an appointment to see the car and getting there when I said I would, the sales person was nowhere to be seen. Took another 15min of them bumbling around just to see the car. Then there’s the fact that they know almost nothing about the cars they sell, despite being an Infiniti dealership selling Infiniti cars. I literally had to educate them of the basics about their own vehicles. They tried to convince me that I didn’t want what I said I wanted. Spent hours there waiting for them to accept or reject my offer during which time they apparently just forgot about me so I was waiting for nothing. Then we seemed to reach a deal when the manager walks out and says he doesnt want to sell the car because it hadn’t been serviced yet, despite everything I had been told about the car. So I had essentially just wasted all that time for nothing. Then in the proceeding week I made repeated calls to check if the car was ready to be sold that went unanswered despite promises of being called back. What an absolute mess, it’s like they did everything in their power to be as useless as possible.

Worked with Tim Thoreen and Dennis O’Connor. They are great people. Very informative and not pushy at all. I needed to think over options prior to purchase and they were totally fine with that. They worked with me and answered all my questions. I would recommend Infiniti of Tacoma.

Came in here to test drive a qx60. I was helped by Sean Miller. The customer service he provided was exceptional. I was very much as ease while talking to him. If you go here, Sean Miller is definitely the guy to see.

So my wife and I purchased a g37x and was completely taken advantage of on the price if you are going to purchase beware of last year model deals we need to change our automobile situation around and need to get rid of it and after 6 months we owed 12k more than what the car was worth I will never step foot in that dealer ever again we even went back and they had the worst offer to trade in than anyone else

My wife has brought her car here since she purchasing it new in 2007. The accommodations are nice. A small room with free coffee/​expresso and coockie/​snacks.
Price is high for a simple pills change so you should get these free goodies. Also it’s Infiniti so you know everything is going to be expesive. As for the staff/​service advisors, they are no different than any other dealer. They push the scheduled service stuff and that’s fine. There is always a good feeling you get when you have a dealer do the work, even an oil change, you just don’t like seeing the high price for it. The 3 stars is typical of my reviews of other dealers as we have Chevrolet and Jeep also. If this was a bad place it would be lower than 3. I only give higher than 3 if there is something that truly stands out.

The service department are customer service professionals… Alicia Cooper (Service associate).handles all of my appts attentively. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here

I’m giving this dealership one star because they were open when I came in to buy a car. I’m in the Army so am going to make this very easy. My issues:
–Charged sales tax knowing I was shipping it across state lines.
–I had to tell them not to ship with a full tank of gas even though it’s common knowledge you don’t ship a car with gas.
— I paid to ship so it would be in Kentucky once I arrived. They assured me after I paid for shipping they could do this… they didn’t and I had to rent a car while I was waiting.
–sold me a Warrenty however when I went to use it they claimed it wasn’t covered. I called their finance department who stated yes but the owner would not concur.
— they broke every rule of customer service… lousy phone manners, unprofessional, arrogant, my satisfaction meant nothing to him
I am so disgusted I do not even want to drive an infinity any more and plan to sell my car as soon as possible.

Previously owned a Lexus. Lexus of Fife’s customer service is above and beyond service at Infiniti of Fife! I would drive up to the service department at Lexus and someone would be waiting to help me before I could even open my door. Not so at Infiniti. Both dealerships offer free car washing. At Lexus I was in and out quickly, Infiniti tells me it will be a 30 – 40 minute wait. There was one other couple in the waiting area and two small (well behaved) children with no parent in sight. It didn’t seem busy enough for that wait time.

I asked them to look over a laundry list of things going on with my vehicle. They reviewed every issue and gave me a quote. I worked with Brandon to determine the items that were the most important to complete. He kept me informed every step of the way. They have my car running like new. I made the mistake of listening to people who said don’t take it to the dealer b/​c they charge too much. Well because I didn’t, I ended probably paying more than I would have. Lesson learned. I will always bring my car back to Infiniti. They provided me with a beautiful loaner car. I even left an item in it accidently. They called me when they found it and I was able to come get it. Thank you!

There was a time when Infiniti of Tacoma had great customer service, those days are gone. 5 more months on my lease and I will be moving on. My husband also owns an Infiniti, he takes it to Edmonds Infiniti for great service.

Stellar Customer Experience.
I just had service done on my car and I have to say… service like this doesn’t happen that often anymore. Brandon Raymond in services is a customer-​first kind of guy. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to correct an issue that didn’t stem from Infiniti, but from the tow truck driver that did damage to my vehicle. Brandon is amazing, I’d give him 6 stars if I could. Highly recommend this dealership. They have my business for life!

I considered it my most fortunate day when I walked into Inifinity of Fife. I knew what I wanted. Did a test drive. I had been researching the car for months. It’s my dreamcar.
Got a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade. I couldn’t be happier with the whole buying experience. I’ve already recommended them to friends at work.

Steer very very clear of this dealership! After dealing with the sales person and Troy the sales manager about buying a car from them and coming up from California to buy it the deal went very very south when I flew in this morning to pick up the car. The car was NO where near what they discribes it as. After going round and round with 2 sales managers about the horrible condition of the car it became clear I chose the wrong dealership to buy from. You expect when you pay $ 35,000 for a used car it would be detailed, nope. That the back bumper wouldn’t have a dent and scratches on it, I was never even told about anything in fact that the car was in near perfect condition. Don’t drive 1 mile let alone fly 600 miles to buy anything from this company. Oh ya and after trying to bring it to the attention of the GM Mark, apperently also the owner of the dealership it was clear he doesn’t need our money, in fact he told me that to my face as her told me if I didn’t leave the lot and «his» property that he would call the cops on me. Just beware and go somewhere else.

This was the most insulting and demeaning car test drive I’ve ever been on. The sales person opened the back door and gestured me to go in, instead of opening the passenger door for me. When I walked around to the other side, he got frustrated. During the entire drive, he kept grilling us about things completely unrelated to the car, like if we were married and how long we were married. He also asked if the current car we have was my husband’s first car out of school. Since it wasn’t, he then asked what his first car was, and what kind of package it had on it. Every answer we gave, he responded with «oh, ok.» He took us on a 30 minute test drive. We had an event at 7 pm to get to (we arrived at 5:45 pm) and when I asked how long the car appraisal would take, the sales person wouldn’t give me a straight answer and only spoke directly to my husband, saying «Oh, do you have an event at 7pm? Did you have an event at 7 pm when you came here?» Yes. That’s why we budgeted an hour for this test drive. He ushered us into an office and then asked my husband to follow him outside where he again asked him what he had expected to accomplish on this visit since we had plans at 7 pm. I had followed outside, so I again asked how long the appraisal would take. He told my husband it would take longer than 7 pm. He then went back inside with my husband to ask what he did wrong. My husband didn’t know what to say to that. It was really awkward. I would never go back to this dealership and would definitely not recommend it for women, unless they would like to enjoy my experience of being treated like a second class citizen.

I purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 and have mixed feelings about the experience at this dealership. I had been looking for a truck like what I purchased for several months, and finally located this one at this Infinity dealership. It was the right size, right engine, and right color. I contacted the dealership through USAA’s car buyer service and was contacted almost immediately via email. After an exchange of several emails about some details on the truck I had arranged to test drive the next morning. So far so good. I wanted to hook the truck up to my trailer and make sure it could pull it out of the parking spot as well as re-​park it on my RV pad with no problems. Despite a prearranged time and showing up a little late, the truck was not quite ready when I arrived. About 25 minutes later I was on my way to test the truck.
Test drive went well, but I noted a few condition concerns about the truck as an input into negotiations. I also had an older truck (over 25 years old) as a trade in.
When I returned to the dealership to start negotiating my mixed feelings began. The price they were asking was close to the appraised value of the truck on Kelley Blue Book, but there were some condition issues that, in my opinion, reduced the value a couple thousand dollars (needed new tires, had some dents, had been smoked in, etc). They also offered me a very low amount for my trade.
They threw several tactics at me that were just hard to believe. For example, they tried to convince me they already had the vehicle sold by an out of state buyer for above the price they offered me. The excuse for why they were willing to sell it for less was that they «didn’t want to have to ship the vehicle out of state». Frankly, I’m about 90% sure this was fabricated to create a sense of urgency for me. Why would anyone buy a vehicle from out of state? Makes no sense when it is far easier and less expensive to buy locally. Also, if they had a purchase order from out of state and a so-​called guaranteed sale, why in earth would they keep the vehicle on the market and sell it for less? Just not buying it. (No pun intended).
They also tried to convince me they were selling the vehicle for a loss, and even showed me a price sheet that lists what they paid for their inventory. I just didn’t believe them. Even if they were selling it for a loss, their problem, not mine. I’m not going to overpay.
Ultimately I was able to negotiate what appears to be a fair deal based on information from independent sources, but I don’t think I’d return to this dealership again. I just don’t trust them based on the hard-​to-​believe tactics they used to get me to over pay.
Perhaps the new vehicle side of the house is different, but this will be my last experience from the used side.

My Fiancée and I just bought our ‘first’ car there last night. We had spent a few weeks looking online for the perfect mazda 6, and after visiting several lots over a few days, had begun to accept the fact that we’d only be finding used mazda 6’s that had been rental cars in their previous life.
Feeling somewhat discouraged, and discussing if a low enough price would ease our concerns over the abuse these cars had endured (dings, scratches, usual rental car treatment), we decided to look at one more mazda on our list.
It was a little older than the 2012’s we had been focusing on, but it was a 2009 and still had the right body style, and only 41k miles.
It was at Infiniti of Fife, and they had already closed 30 minutes earlier. We thought we’d be able to at least go walk onto the lot past a locked gate and check it out. At least to see if it was worth driving down to tacoma for further exploration.
As we pulled in, we saw Chuck, who was heading to his car to go home. He immediately put down his stuff and helped us, ignoring whatever plans he had after a full day.
He asked of we were considering buying today. We hadn’t been up until that point, but when we saw the car, we knew it was the best looking one we’d seen.
That’s really the point of my review. Even though this was a used mazda, at an Infiniti lot, it was traded in to them by someone who loved their car. Despite being a 2009, it was almost immaculate. It was on another level above the 2012 rentals. It’s obvious that this dealership only sells quality vehicles, no matter what brand it is.
Chuck made the process very simple, and stayed with us until 8:30 (2.5 hours longer) to help make sure we completed our dream purchase.
The negotiation was simple, no pressure, and we were all smiles when we left.
BTW, we arrived in a 96 Taurus we were borrowing from my parents, which most dealers had assumed meant we were not financially stable (not the case :-)). Chuck made no such assumptions. He never asked us probing questions to see if we were even credit worthy, to see if we were maybe not worth his time, which EVERY OTHER salesman had assumed when we arrived. Either he was experienced enough to know we were just smart shoppers looking for the right vehicle, or he doesn’t judge, either one is great and refreshing.
I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership, and ask for chuck, he’ll treat you right.
All cars are not equal quality. Don’t make the mistake of passing over this Infiniti dealer, like we almost did.
