This location was extremely friendly and helpful. I live closer to the Olio location and refuse to go there anymore based on their mean and unprofessional owners. Is ill gladly drive a bit further to this location. Thank you!

Great pizza. Über POOR customer service at the Allisonville location in Fishers. I have gotten a handful of pizzas here in the last couple months. They have a punch card for that(buy so many get one free) which no one told me about. When I mentioned it, no one addressed it or apologized or provided a solution. I ordered a large recently by phone thinking I’m getting the larger of two sizes, and I get the smaller of the two sizes as «family size» is the larger of the two. The next size up is only $ 2 more and no one told me about it or noticed that I was not ordering what I usually order, which I feel confident they have record of. I have had the guy ignore me when he sees my car pull up until I call out to get him to come out of the back. I ordered on-line once, and paid $ 4 more for the pizza, which was on-sale in the store. No one gave me credit for that. And when I complained, no answer. The guy who works there never smiles and acts like I’m bothering him. I went on-line to see if I could find a place to voice my complaints and there is no place. I’m done. I will not frequent THIS store again. There are plenty of Papa Murphy’s in the Indy area; I don’t have to give this franchisee my business.

At the base of most successful restaurants is the quality of food and the price. This place has always had both. My favorite pizza is their Mediterranean chicken. My least favorite is their Hawaiian. My favorite crust is the traditional when I’m going for flavor and texture. Not too thick, thin, or bland. Now when I’m trying to be a little healthier their delite crust is perfect. It is almost like having toppings on a something slightly thicker than a cracker. It’s purpose is simply to hold the goodness on top. It has a great crunch to it. This place almost always has coupons available. I think last time we went we were able to get a large specialty pizza for $ 5. It is a winner every time.

There are a hundred pizza chains going, and of course what makes Papa Murphy’s different is that you bake the pizza at home. But it is good pizza, a good value, and made quickly and fresh. Plusses: They really load up on toppings, especially on the cheeses, but also the rest. The crust is a nice medium thick, just enough comfort food mouth feel. If you aren’t getting a discount, you aren’t trying. They put coupons on the insert you get with the pizza, they advertise in the Star & Val-Pac, and you can print them on your home computer. Not greasy unless you get two or more meats, but if you order that, you have to be expecting a greasy result. Minuses: The sauce is a bit bland. They could stand to jazz it up with more herbs, more garlic and/or some red pepper. Plusses far outweigh the minuses. I love to order a plain cheese pizza from them this time of year, when my tomatoes and basil are ready. Really perfect.

If you read any of my info, you’ll notice i like to toy around in the kichen throwing dough is one of my favorite past times. but when i’m in a pinch and need a quick cheap pizza, papa murphy’s runs a close second. My wife and I love the delight Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE®…wow! you know, now that i’m thinking about it, this is sometimes even better than the ones i make. the olive oil/garlic base with the feta and sun dried tomatoes with fresh spinach leaves create a crescendo of flavor. i could seriously eat 3 of these pizzas by myself. the service is what you would expect from a short order take home pizza place. mostly teenagers, but they have always been quick and nice so no complaints here. if you’re in the mood for pizza and don’t want to make one from scratch(or pay a buttload) check this place out, it is almost the same price as a frozen pie, but significantly better!!!

This location has a drive-up window… great for when you call your order in ahead of time! Also, this one is the only Papa Murphy’s I’ve been to whose pizzas are always round(never wonky). Nice employees, too! Another plus at this location: a frequent-buyer stamp card! We like the De-Lite pizzas, and the creamy garlic sauce can be a tasty change from the usual red.

Maybe a 3.75. Did anyone know this place was voted«America’s best pizza chain?» The wife and I were craving some pizza, so we looked at our Entertainment book(which I must say, is not that impressive). We wanted to get something close, so we opted for Papa Murphy’s. As the name would suggest, you buy the pizza’s raw, and bake them at your own convenience. SERVICE– having never ordered from here before, I asked the guy(on the phone) a few questions. He seemed perplexed at the questions, probably because he thought I knew about them or something. When I got there, I asked them how long the pizzas could sit for. The guy said if I refrigerate the pizzas, they would be good for another 24 hours. He said I could freeze it «forever.» His co-worker(another high schooler) questioned his«forever» statement. I thought it was pretty entertaining. MENU– it’s a pizza joint right? Plenty of specialty pizzas, and a few seasaonal ones. They have both thing crust, as well as stuffed pizzas(not to be confused with Chicago style). Choose your size of medium, large, and family. Depending on your size of pizza and toppings, prices range from 10.99 to 18.99(or so). FOOD– the wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. The pizza was a bit thinner than I typically like(somewhere between a pan and thin crust), but the crust was nice and chewy(you can bake longer if you’re the crispy type). The amount of toppings was very generous as well as we ordered two papa murphy’s favorites(basically a supreme from any other pizza joint). It’s not the greatest pizza in the world, but for the price, it ain’t so bad. OVERALL– certainly enjoyed this place. They seem to have deals throughout the week(Mon– $ 3 off a stuffed pizza, Tuesdays– 2 for 1 medium pizzas, etc…) and plenty of coupons, so you can always get a deal. My wife and I will likely order from this place again. Celebrity Rating– Jason Biggs
