First time visiting here for computer tune and the worker here is very helpful and the price is really reasonable! Also when you come to pick up he walks you through the changes he made. Point is very satisfied with the service will make this place my to go for computer probs:)

I am an active member in a religious institution in Flushing. During an important religious celebration in September 2015, our laptop broke down and the institution’s video streaming was totally at stake! I took the laptop to NCS. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and promptly fixed our laptop the same day as a special case. Our live streaming resumed, thanks to NCS. We appreciate!

Worked with Wang at 23 Mill Rd location. Gave me correct diagnosis on the phone. Dropped off my computer and it was ready the next day at a very reasonable price. Saved all my data to a new hard drive. Great place; great service. Top recommendation.

Very satisfied with their service. Fixed my iMac for less than half the price of what Apple charges. Replaced the hard drive for me and got it back running the same day! Highly recommended.

The guys replaced a cracked glass on my macbook pro for much less than it would cost at an Apple store. However they didn’t tell me that the rubber piece around the glass would look slightly uneven and tempered with.
They did own up to their mistake and reduced the price oto make up for it, which is why I left satisfied.
Had they been upfront about the potential damage that may occur I would have rated them 5 stars.
Just ask them about any potential issues before dropping your equipment for repair.

I dropped a can of compressed air on my keyboard while cleaning it. My computer shutoff immediately and ceased to exist. Desperate I came on Unilocal looking for someone to fix it. After reading the good reviews I brought it here. I’m sooo glad I did. I dropped it off on Friday, the guy told me the hardware was more than likely damaged and quoted me a reasonable price. Well I recieved A call 2 ½ hrs later telling me my computer was fixed and ready for pickup. Because of the hardware needing to be replaced I did lose everything on my computer, thankfully I always backup all important documents, pictures, etc. Not only did they replace the hardware, they also installed an antivirus and several other things I had previously on my laptop. These guys are awesome, they also gave me a discount. I paid 130.00 much less than the price of a new laptop. I will definitely come back if I ever need to.

I spilled water on my MacBook last week, but my apple care expired and I was freaking out, ’cause I knew it’s gonna cost me a fortune if I went to apple store. Thank god the guys at this place managed to fix my computer, and it cost me a lot less than I expected! Yay! Not to mention the great service! You guys saved my life!

I dropped off my old dell laptop & the guy called me after 2 hours ! All done, tuned up & reinstalled windows just for $ 55.
Isn’t that amazing? I was tired of all the craps that shooting up on the screen & extremely slow computer. Geek squad quoted $ 175 last time. thanks for your awesome expertise & will totally recommend people. Cant say enough.

Great friendly service! I have a 7 yr old laptop which worked fine until my lovely wife spilled wine all over my keyboard. I called a bunch of places to check prices and this place had the BEST price. One place I called straight up told me they didn’t want to do the job unless I paid $ 400.00?! My laptop is most def not worth $ 400.00. All in all the job cost roughly 60 bucks. Keyboard is new and i’m one happy camper. They even gave me a free performance check! Grade A
