Our sales associate will take your ideas and create a 3-​D rendering of the pool you’ve imagined. This enables you to fully envisage your new life of leisure as the 3-​D rendering will provide a vivid look at how your new pool will fit into your home. The rendering will include daytime views as well as a peek at your watery evening haven.

I will just save you the trouble of finding a pool builder and say definitely go with Tropical Breeze. No need to look elsewhere. You won’t regret it. JJ is awesome! He doesn’t BS you… does what he says he’s going to do and shows up when he says he will. His crew is amazing especially Warren. Great company but most important everyone is just so down to earth and easy going. They do not stress you out. Kudos to Don Hubble. Loved the fact that he sat down with us at our first meeting for an estimate and took the time to explain everything about pools to us. Don took care of us and came up with a design we loved and most of all was able to work with our budget. Didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Started demo in February and had water in April. Our pool, spa, fire pit, and sport court all completed within the stated time frame. Very impressive. It was cool to watch the transformation from start to finish. Make sure to take lots of pictures. JJ and Don were prompt in returning our calls or answering texts and always available to answer any questions we had. We are so happy with the way everything turned out and so glad we went with Tropical Breeze. Our family couldn’t have asked for a better pool building experience. We have already recommended them to friends. Thank you JJ and Don!!! You guys are the best and truly amazing!

hands down thee the best pool company ever, very fast on time when they said it would be, Matt and JJ ARE THE BOMB !!!, they known their stuff, got everything we wanted and more, we are enjoying our pool and hot tub. our back yard is the best ever we have had a few OK a lot of party already and everyone love loves it…

Called tropical breeze for an estimate on wrapping our patio cover columns with stone. It was a smaller job and the rep kept asking what else? We said nothing right now but maybe a bbq island later. He bragged about his work in the area and said this job would be no problem. He said he had a crew that could start right away. After a week of no call back or estimate we called them. Receptionist on the phone said, your job was too small and did not meet their minimum? We asked the Receptionist why didn’t the rep say that while he was out here? All she said was sorry.

We would highly recommend Tropical Breeze Custom Pools. Matt was patient and explained all of our options and answered all of our questions and was able to come up with a plan that met our budget. JJ then took over and built us our dream pool. Tropical Breeze included many features in their pool package that would have been upgrades elsewhere. Most importantly, the project was completed for exactly the price we were quoted, and was finished on time.

We had an appointment today with Matt from tropical breeze pools at 5pm. He was pretty good on arriving on time. «That’s the only thing I give him». The first thing he complained about was the traffic getting to our house in Riverside from Fontana. Then he walked in our backyard and was saying how small our back yard was. He continued to measure our backyard while he gave us a photo album to look at. When he sat down and asked us if we had any ideas of what we wanted we showed him a pool drawing that another pool company had drawn up for us the day before. When he asked the name of the other company, all he could do was bad mouth them and all kinds of other local companies. Very unprofessional. When he asked us if we had a price in mind, my wife gave him a price we thought we would like to stay under. From that second on the was talking so fast and flipping thru all his brochures trying to give us his cliff note version of his sales pitch. Literally he wasn’t here 15 min before he was packing up his stuff and asking us if we had any questions. This being our first pool, of course we had questions… lots of questions. He basically told us with our budget he really couldn’t build us a pool. He was use to building «high end pools». So basically I thru him out of our house and will not recommend him at all. We felt like we were wasting his time. The only reason I gave 1 star is because Unilocal required something. He acted like he’s the only pool company out there.

Very fast and amazing at what they do!!! My backyard looks like a resort… they virtually create a picture for you on their computer & send it to you so you know exactly what you want! my mother in law did her pool with them and we loved it so we got one built by them too! She got a referral check as well!!! These guys are great at what they do & they are no haggle! What you see is exactly what you get!!! Paradise!!!

Matt and JJ are the team to have they turned my boring back yard in to a tropical oasis i cant tell you how great this company is it is 100% better the the company with blue in it stop looking for the best deal while cutting corners and go with this team they will not cut corners and give you what you want yes may be alittle more but well worth it every last penny

My wife and I are very happy with Tropical Breeze Custom Pools. We originally sat down with Matthew in Aug/​Sep. 2013 to get an idea of design and price. He drew up a really nice design that was just a little out of our price range, so he went back to the drawing board and revised some things that put the pool back in our price comfort zone. Unfortunately, we weren’t ready to build at the time. Fast forward a few months and in March 2014 we were now ready to build. Mathew did not treat us any differently after already being at my house 5 months earlier. He was thorough and precise in his contract and answered all of our questions. J.J. (who oversees the construction) came out a couple of days after we signed the contract and construction began right after that. There were no surprises, no changes in price, no bait & switch tactics. Everything that I asked to add on in addition to my contract price was explained and a price given so that I could confirm that I wanted the upgrades and/​or add-​ons. I was always able to reach J.J. on his cell phone with questions and if he didn’t answer right away, it never took any more than 30 minutes for him to call me back. From the moment they began grading my backyard until the day my kids jumped into the pool for the first time was just under 8 weeks. The pool looks great! We encountered nothing but a professional experience, excellent communication, and top notch construction. I recommended Tropical Breeze to a friend who just completed construction on his pool. He is also very happy with his experience and results. I highly recommend Tropical Breeze Custom Pools.

Tropical breeze custom pools in Fontana. Called them for estimate and proposal. They came and measure our backyard, but never came back. They said due to our existing backyard, it is not possible to put a pool. Well in fact, we called 4 other pool company and they said they have no problem doing it. They are bunch of liar. Do not go to this company.

Didn’t buy a pool from these guys, but, I never would. Just way too unprofessional of an experience. The guy set an appointment with me to come in and survey the yard and then I get a cancellation 15 minutes before he’s supposed to arrive after I restructured my day to accommodate him. After sending him an email saying that was highly unprofessional and because of that I would not be rescheduling with them, I got a lovely one sentence email response:
«Good luck you’re a moron».
Deal with Mr. Allen at Tropical Breeze Pools and this is the customer experience you can expect to get.
