As usual, Alexandra was great to work with to coordinate my appt. Brenda arrived promptly last weekend and started right away. She did a good job with the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and overall dusting. She even took the time to make our beds, my son’s crib and she folded/​organized the piles of clothes on his bed too! She did miss inside the stove and microwave though.
Would definitely use them again. it was $ 100 for 4 hours with supplies included.

Stay away from this cleaning service. Unfortunately I can’t review on the ACTUAL cleaning, because I was never given the opportunity to have someone come in and clean.
I called on a tuesday, scheduling an appt for a Thursday afternoon. I got a call an hour before the girl was suppose to get here, to say she «had an emergency with her daughter». Ok, fine. The lady says, can we reschedule for tomorrow morning, 8am. I say yes. The next morning I get a call at 7:30am. The girl missed her train and now she’s not picking up with phone and we can’t get in touch with her. I wait an hour and a half… nothing.
Great way to run a business! Good luck booking an appointment that shows up.

These people are the absolute worst…
I’ve used them on 2 occasions. The first time, I had to put my 3 month old puppy in the garage because one of the ladies was afraid of dogs, ok, I get that, no problem! So I left them too it for the day, told me they’d finish at 12 noon. So I got home at 6pm and my garage door was wide open and my puppy was nowhere to be seen!!! I called his name, searched around the streets for him and eventually found him at the bottom of the stairs by the basement door! I think he may have tumbled down there as he was not able to get up or down stairs when he was that age. I didn’t get too mad as they had done a good job cleaning the house and my puppy was safe! However, I did email Alexandra to let her know what happened just so she would have it on record. I didn’t get a response…
I decided to use them again recently based on the good job they did previously. BIG MISTAKE!!! I booked them for a Friday morning cleaning. They had to cancel due to an incident with the driver, so I got a text message at 4.30am! I replied as it had woken me up and I offered to pick up the two girls and drop them home again, this was not allowed. I suggested rescheduling and got no response! I had to call them later that afternoon and reschedule and Alexandra spoke to me like she’d never even heard of me, I found it all very bizarre but I carried on and I rescheduled for Monday morning.
They worked until 12 noon again, I got home at 6pm. Around 6.30pm I was standing on my front porch talking to a neighbor when the front door slammed behind me! Luckily my keys were in my pocket and I could get back inside. I walked around the house thinking a window must’ve been open but when I got to my basement, I noticed the basement door was wide open! Not just unlocked, but wide open!!!
I called them right away and the guy said he would have to call the girls and find out if they had left it open. He called back and said the girls said they closed it… Yeah right! I told him they were the only two people in the basement that day and he told me that my dog walker had been in the house, yes she was, but she has no business in the basement, the dog is either in the kitchen or the garage when the cleaners are there but I called and asked her right away. She hadn’t been down there and I believe her 100% as she has been coming in to my house for over 6 months now and there has never been an issue.
They couldn’t charge me for the clean as they did not have my credit card details so they called me up a few days later looking for payment, I told them I would not pay full price due to what had happened. They told me to «prove» that it was their girls that left the door open before they would give me a discount!
These people are supposed to be business people! What proof do they need exactly, only the fact that I booked these people to clean my house including the basement! So if they want to keep denying they were even in my basement, then why do I pay for a service I didn’t receive…
I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone! The cleaners did a good job but it was ruined for me by the way the company is run. I felt like I was arguing with a little child trying to get it sorted out!

Had an amazon local deal for this services. Great housekeeper. She was young and told me this was just a gig until her next job.
She was talking on the phone the whole time while she was cleaning bathroom. I was reducing her tip mentally while listening to her. But dang she was efficient!!! She cleaned my apt really really well in 2 hrs. There was a big stain on the side of my oven. I didn’t even ask her to get rid of it and she got it all off. Spotless. Bathroom was cleaned well. She mopped my floors. Moved furniture to do it. And cleaned the floorboards (which was a main request from me. My weekly cleaning skips the floorboards :)).
I would recommend them. They work late. So it’s convenient for people who can’t have them come during the daytime on the weekdays.

Stay away from these cleaners!!! I hired 2 ppl for 8 hrs to do a post construction clean. The house was not in bad shape bc my contractors did a great job cleaning up after the job ended but since I am 9 months pregnant I decided to get professional cleaners to make sure the place was dust free. The cleaners did an ok job in the beginning on the second fl of the house but after 4 hrs they had no idea how to clean. The kitchen was renovated with all new appliances so there was very little to clean, countertop and cabinets just needed a good wiping down of the dust. It still had sand and the backsplash was dirty too! I They were simply just wiping down surfaces with a dry paper towel! I had to tell the ppl to wet and wipe down the surfaces and they looked at me like I had 4 eyes. After 6 hours, they looked like they were done and I asked them to clean the basement and they were so reluctant and giving me an attitude. I was speechless. Mind you, I am 9 months pregnant and was Cleaning even worse areas alongside them and giving them the easier tasks. I am back in the house a couple days later, and unpacking my dishes, and discovered all of my cabinets are filthy!!! Do not use these ppl! The worst cleaners ever

Wow! What a great service! This was my first experience with a cleaning company and i am very happy! My lady was great, she even washed my dish rack that was pretty gross! My house is shiny again!
Great communication with Alexandra over the phone, price quoted was the price charged, employee arrived early and we discussed my priorities and she did everything the way I would normally do it. Loved her!!!

This place really confuses me.
Sequence of Events:
— I purchased the Unilocal deal
— I submitted a request on their website to set up an appointment (as it was holiday)
— No response
— I texted them (late night as their website says 24 hours service)
— Received a response that they were closed and will call me the next morning (huh? — then don’t post on your website that it is 24 hours service)
— They never called back
— So I called them
— No response
— I called them again and texted (within their office hours posted on their website)
— Finally a call returned on Saturday night at 8pm (outside of their office hours)
— I made an appointment for a Saturday and told them about the Unilocal deal
— The lady on the phone says that coupon is limited to Monday through Friday only… YET THE Unilocal DEAL DOES NOT STATE THAT
— So I stated that — and then the lady on the phone tells me to «hold»
— I hung up and emailed
to request a refund on my Unilocal deal.
The sequence of events happened over the course of 2 weeks.
ARG. I think the business has just gotten too popular based on their deals on Groupon and Unilocal.Such a shame.

I bought their Groupon for my 2 bed/​2 bath. It was getting pretty gross, and the guy, Frankie, did a great job. All the grime in the sinks and tubs was completely gone. He even scrubbed the grill on the stove and cleaned up to the top of the windows! He ran over his time, but he stayed to make sure everything was done. I would recommend them.

They cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment and did a GREAT job! Super friendly and reasonable prices. Definitely a great cleaning service!
