The hotel is average although room cleanliness is above average. The cleaning crew really deserves credit for how nice they keep the property. Breakfast is terrible. Push button pancakes and frozen egg patties under a heat lamp. Coffee old and low quality. Starbucks is across the street, thankfully. Wifi did not work the entire time we were there. I was there on business so I spent most of my time at Starbucks working(thanks again, Starbucks!) Our brother also spent a few nights there. When he spoke to the front desk, they reduced his rate to $ 120 from $ 189 because he learned the rate they paid was more than the published rate. They refused to reduce our rate. The selective process of courtesy is unknown. Further, our rate changed during the 3 nights we were there because the manager said they publish only average nightly rates and not your actual nightly rate when you book. Unfortunately, the cleanliness(which was outstanding) can’t make up for what is missing. We are frequent travelers and will not be returning.

Considering the price this is an mazing hotel. I got a suite on the 6th floor with a whirlpool for $ 116/night(including tax) advance pay. Room was vey spacious and clean, the carpet was clean enough(I walked barefoot for a little while), low lighting in the room but I didn’t mind that as it didn’t cause a problem for me. No noise in the hallway. Close to I-75 and a shopping center(made a stop at five guys for burgers). Free breakfast included in the price which was good with great varieties. Front desk people were all ok. I’m very easy to please and yes, I was pleased. There was no hiccups/inconvenience during my stay. I was able to relax and catch a good night sleep. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I expected more out of this hotel. There was nothing wrong with the room except very low lighting. $ 150 a night on a weekend. They put us in a room right next to the elevator which made it very loud right outside our room. When I asked to be moved they told me they didn’t have any more rooms available which I found hard to believe because I made the booking that same day. There was also a gentleman at the front desk complaining because he had some of his property stolen by what appeared to be and maid, based on his conversation with the front desk. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom so I called for some to be brought up. After waiting and waiting I called room service and they did not answer and I called the front desk and they also did not answer. I had to go downstairs to get it. Not a huge deal but it was annoying. The location of the hotel was great because there’s a big shopping plaza right across the street and it was right off the highway. I expected a little more and there is much room for improvement.
