Find some place else to take your car very bad attitude likes to throw parts in your car and does not honor his one year warranty. Now im stuck paying again to another shop to fix his mistakes. Run the other way

I have been bringing my cars to Keith for more than 15 years and have always been treated fairly. He explains what needs to be done and why, but leaves the ultimate decision up to me. I even had him fix six different things on our Camry over a one year period so we could still afford it. He helped me prioritize what was the most important and worked our way down until it was perfect. I like that he is located near Riverpark for convenience too.

I agree this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I broke down a couple blocks from there and one of their mechanics came to take a look. I clip under my belt had broke and caused my car to over heat. He made note of it and I towed it to their shop. They had it fixed by end of business next day. Most shops do a detailed check of your car to see if anything else is wrong. They did nothing! They test drove it only 1 block to see that it was fixed. I think they should be required to drive it a minimum of 3 miles to make sure it stays running. I picked my car up and got onto the freeway that was just down the street and it immediately started over heating. I had to pull over and because of it being end of business they had just closed after I left. So I had it towed to another shop where they told me they hadn’t put water in it! One of the core reasons it went into Keith’s was because it over heated! It started cracking a block because of it! I went back to Keith’s and the owner was completely rude and wouldn’t do anything about it! I have talked to the BBB! DON’T GO THERE!!!

I had some electrical issues with my car, and after several guesses/​opinions, I finally had these guys check it out. Turns out, the alternator wasn’t attached properly. Caused it to be displaced and my car to shut down. The guys at Keith’s Auto Repair were extremely helpful! They got the issue fixed in about 2 days and were actually cheaper than other places that I have been to before for almost the same fix! My experience with the owner was pleasant and he answered all my questions from the start!

Got helped out a few different times with my Toyota. I don’t know if the same guy is still there, but they had a Toyota expert who knew the TSB/​recall issues off the top of his head. I’ve always been happy with the repairs.

This place deserves less than one star… got a coupon for a free oil change and the owner of this business treated me as if helping me was a hassle. I was turned away twice to redeem the offer, then when asking questions, I was yelled at, accused as a liar, and hung up on several times. This all coming from a man who called himself the owner of the business. It all comes down to poor management of a business and someone who could care less than to value a potential long-​term customer. I took my car elsewhere and was helped in less than 30 minutes, with a smile. It wasn’t free, but it was worth the money! I recommend you do not take your business here.
