This was my first visit to this cleaners. Staff is very friendly. Did a good job on a pair of dress pants I needed hemmed.

Great prices, friends consistent service. Great family with kids that know how to work and understand customer service.

I dropped off several items to be cleaned and repaired. One of which had a stain that I requested to be removed. I was told the stain would be removed. When I return to pick up my items the stain had not been removed. The items that were repaired were less than marginable and unwearable. The customer service was terrible. When I questioned the stain and the repair work, the manager confronted me screaming. I was required to pay for my items before the work was done ($ 47). The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was overcharged, and will never return.

Terrible experience at this cleaners! I left a pair of pants to be altered and hemmed. Somehow, the pants came back 1.5 inches shorter then the requested length. When I made a return trip to show the owner, Ms. Ngo, she spent nearly 10 minutes telling me why my wife should change the way she wears her pants rather than acknowledge that she made a mistake. I even had left a another pair of pants for her to match the the length.
Only after I demanded a refund of $ 12 for the service fee, did she finally relent and refund it to me. My pants are ruined and I’m now trying to have the store compensate me for the brand-​new pair of pants that they ruined by chopping the pant length too much. They are refusing to do anything to help with the new pants that are no longer wearable other than cut them again… sighhh
When I asked her to return my shirts that I had also left with the cleaners, she said no! Instead, she invited me behind the desk to claim my shirts. Very odd behavior by the owner.
The owner is very aggressive and not at all interested in correcting her mistakes for her customers. Be warned!
