I called on the phone to verify if they carried the particular flavor I was looking for. (Cosmic Fog — Milk & Honey). I spoke with Kelly on the phone and she was very helpful and courteous. She reserved the product for me.
When I arrived Kelly was equally friendly and helpful in person. Kelly recommended that to assure that the flavor I want will be in stock to call Tue give my info and the product would be ready to pick up on Fri of the same week.
I also spoke to Rolle while I was in the store and he was friendly and professional as well.

Do not expect long term use from the equipment. I spent $ 100.00 for a start up kit, in less than a month the equipment stopped working. I brought it back for a repair and was told they no longer carry the battery and they would gladly give me 10% off of another kit. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where the hardware has longevity.

Ok so here’s the thing… I was never a cigarette smoker. never smoked it in my life but however I did smoke pot and had to stop smoking it temporarily for a drug test and needed something to get me through a couple of weeks. Anyway I went here and was introduced to the mini nautilus. I instantly got hooked on it, with the 18 grams of nicotine. keep in mind, I never smoked a cigarette but I fell In love with this pen, but ended up losing it after a week when I was drunk with a few friends. The next day I called the guy who sold it to me and told him that I lost my vape pen and he said he would sell me another one for a discount since I lost my first one. However, they were out of stock for a couple weeks. I waited and waited and finally today I got my vapor pen with no discount as promised. I paid full price. I mean it’s not a big deal, but the seller didn’t keep his word. I was already tight on funds so I was really expecting a discount as told. I like my pen and all but won’t be returning because they only care about money, not their customers.

I have to say the staff in this store are very friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable. I was lucky enough to have Joe assist me. He helped me find the perfect Vape for me. Walked me trough the set up and made sure I fully understood how to operate it.
I highly recommend this shop.

I visit this shop twice a week, they have a great staff, friendly, knowledgable, take their time for you. Always willing to assist with an issue and even repair more complicated stuff. I always meet great personalities there, and that makes it a social visit as well. Vapors like to exchange info with each other and these folks are happy to do so. You won’t find a nicer shop than this one. And… great coffee!

First of all, it’s not for me! I quit smoking ever since Florida banned smoking in restaurants back in 2003 I believe (I was only a casual smoker anyway). Its for my wife, who has been smoking since she was a teenager (or maybe even younger). So when I hear she finally decided to kick the habit, it was music to my ears.
So she has been doing some research on E-​Cigarettes and thought this product might be the best for her. Before we walked in this store, i was still a little skeptical about this. But after the store staff started showing us how this product works, and a large variety of flavors you get to choose on, I thought maybe this might be it. My wife tried maybe a dozen of different flavors and decided on two that she likes. And she has been free of smoking cigarettes ever since.
Over all, this product is easy to use, and does not cost a lot. You need to change things like filters or batteries from time to time but not very often. The store is nice, clean and organized. The store staff has been extremely friendly and helpful every time when we were there. And I think this product really works for people who would want to stop smoking cigarettes.

These guys always take care of me. Matt, Jason, and now Max is there to help. Great personalities, exceptional knowledge of their products. Honest opinions. Advanced users get a lot of help here. Now they’re offering a rebuild class. Fantastic all around!

Vapor Shark is very much geared towards the lower end of the market and those inexperienced with vaping.
Their selection of hardware is mediocre and on average 10−20% more expensive than other shops I have frequented.
Their flavors are passable, but ultimately unremarkable. They do not offer sizes other than 30ml so if you want a small bottle to sample you’re out of luck.
Their customer service is pretty bad. The gentleman I dealt with on 3 separate occasions was rather rude and came off as arrogant. It seemed like he was only concerned with making a sale, but seemed irritated when I asked in depth questions about certain products.
Vapor Shark’s policy on faulty or defective products is indicative of their overall customer service. They told me that they are aware that double coils for the pro tank will at times be defective and not work properly out of the package, but they will not refund or replace the product if that happens. They Will Not stand by product that they sell, which in this case, is double the price you would pay at any other shop.
I received poor service and a lot of bad attitude from this particular employee. After shopping here 4 times I’ve decided I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

Vapor share is just okay. The staff is very knowledgeable about the product and they are very nice, but this company really does not stand behind their product. I bought two vaporizers (one for me and one for my boyfriend) and I was a little nervous about my boyfriend not liking this $ 75.00 vaporizer because of it’s size. I asked if there was any way to return his vaporizer if he was unhappy with the appearance and if it remained unused. I was advised that they only take back unopened juice and only have a 30 day warrantee which is good for the battery only. If a company stands by their products and really believes that the customer will come back time and again, they will take their product back if the customer is not satisfied. Needless to say, I dropped $ 150.00 at their store 4 weeks ago and we are still smoking as many cigarettes as we were prior to the vaporizer purchase. The hits off the vaporizer are too strong and make me cough even though I am a long time smoker and the cartomizer constantly leaks (even after I changed it out for a new one) so my vaporizer is always making that crackle noise and I always have to wipe liquid off the top of my battery so that it doesn’t get destroyed. The other thing that bothered me about Vapor Shark is that the liquid makes my throat really dry and I have that «50 year smoker» sort of tone after I use it for an extended amount of time. I was really hoping that switching to a vaporizer would help us quit and I still think that there’s a vaporizer out that that can do it, but it’s just not located at Vapor Shark.

Very poor customer service. I was originally very happy, but my vaporizer broke 2 weeks outside of the 30 day warranty, and they refused to do a single thing about it. Owner expected me to buy the same product that had just failed after about 45 days of use.
Save your money, look online and buy a better quality product with a better warranty.

I think this place is AWESOME! The staff is soo nice and friendly– well at least the girls are, I’ve never dealt with the guys! As a huge smoker, back about a month ago I fell ill with lung issues– my Doctor told me I have 3 options– loose part of my lung, end up with lung cancer within 2 years, or die! I choose to live! Getting irate with the whole quitting «cold turkey» jazz, I stopped by here May 21,2014 and the cutest lil lady helped me! I explained my problem not only was she sympathetic but understanding– she walked me through everything with every detail to perfection! I choose to buy their product in hopes that it would help me and you know what IT DID– today I purchased my stuff in a lower nicotine milligram and I’m almost to 0 nicotine and I LOVE IT! I highly recommend not only this Vapor Shark but all their stores! I believe in this product and you should too! Stop by give them a try and I BET MY RIGHT LUNG ON IT– YOU WILL LOVE THEM TOO! This is a definite go! great staff, love their juices and their product line is growing all the time. Great place to hang out.
The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because they have a set product line, Vapor Shark products. They are beginning to carry mods and drip tanks and supplies.

On July 7, 2013 I had my last cigarette. After trying to quit and after quitting twice in the last 10 years, it was not until I found Vapor Shark that I accomplished my final attemt to quit smoking.
The first visit to the first store on Hallandale Beach Blvd., they did not preasure me, tell me that Vaping was proven to be completely healthy either, but knew what I needed to get off the more dangerous habit and on to vaping instead. The employees there, of course, were vaping themselves. After asking me all the questions about my smoking habit, they knew exactly what to recommend I do to start and how to use the vapor devices, change the filter and whatever I neeeded to know. They have 42 flavors of «liquids», with various measurements of nicotine so that you can start out with «x» number of millegrams of nicotine and work your way down. The new store, which is what this review is really about is new and closer to where I live and where I spend most of my time. I go in there to get what I need but most of all they go out of their way to show you why I may have had problems with my filter, refilling or whatever I have had problems with. They will take the whole battery and cartraige apart for you and explain what the problem is while they will charge up your low batteries there which you usually do at home or at the office. They just take the extra step. They have a coffee/​cappaccino machine if you want to jump start your own battery while they are helping you.
Now, I do not endorse vaping to anyone who has never smoked, there is still nicotine which is addicting, but vaping eliminates all the 5000 chemicals a cigarette has that causes respiratory problems and all the «smoke» related health risks that go along with it. I have not had one cigarette since that July 7, 2013 date and have not had the urge to go back to it. I feel too good now to ever go back. If I am out drinking or do some of the things that cause me to want to get my «nicotine» fix, I just do the vaping, simple as that. There are a lot of other companies that sell the same type of vapiing supplies, but I find Vapor Shark to be the most helpful. I stay loyal to the people that are consistant and that I have had a good experience with in the past, especially when it comes to my health. If you are a smoker, THIS WORKED FOR ME.

I am new to vaporing. I wanted to stop smoking. So far I have not had a cigarette since Saturday. I found everyone here extremely helpful and friendly. They took there time with me and allowed all my stupid questions. When they said call me if you have any more questions I felt they were sincere. Excellent customer service everyone knowledgeable about what they are selling. I will definitely go back here for all my supplies and just to visit.

Prices are reasonable. The mixture of vg and pg is ok. I wish that they were closer to where i live but its worth the drive. I would recommend that everyone buy products for vaping from places like this being they are much more likely to stand behind their products.

I like my vaporizer very much. I had a very small issue with the product the day I bought it. I brought back in, they fixed the issue very quickly, educated me on what I could do to prevent it from happening again, and I left very happy. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about what they sell, I will definitely continue shopping here.
