Jack in the Box

I frequent this location for the tacos. However, there is nothing more disgusting than horrible customer service. I always go drive thru, and the young man at the window was completely rude. I don’t expect the best customer service when eating out at fast food places like Jack in the Box, but this guy was something else. I wanted to check my bag to make sure everything I ordered was inside, and he rudely said «Everything is in the bag, can you please drive up I have another customer behind you.»

Order a spicy chiken sandwich about halfways into eating noticed sandwich chiken was under cooked. SMH i guess i will stick to lunch trucks.

If you want some quick good, keep going down imperial towards harbor and there is a McDonald’s and other food places. This jack in the box is the worse one I have ever been to and this is my last time coming to this particular location. Workers are just standing around joking while I’ve been here for 15mins waiting for a simple single combo order that has been sitting on the cooking area already for 10mins. No one was in the drive thru when k arrived at 9:07 and then 3 cars pulled up after I ordered food. They would rather help the customers in the drive thru then help a customer that was first ordered here. Over all a fucking joke of a company and I will be contacting corporate office due to the poor service and support from this local jack in the box. Sorry jack in the box, you are no longer going to be supported by me at this location.

Good food Good Service only thing was I am a ranch lover and they are stingy on there condiments. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars!

I ordered a large amount of food and I only received one buttermilk. I did not like that. It was through drive thru so I didn’t mind to go back and ask for more.

My first ever visit to this particular location. Tried the meat lover’s breakfast burrito… Pretty weak! Was not at all impressed… I guess there are better places in town to go to for that particular item…
The restaurant itself was fine… Comfortable and relaxed setting. Staff was friendly and accommodating…

I go here quite a bit. It can be hit or miss. Sometimes the service can be great and other times it sucks. The food can either be decent or flat greasy. One thing I can always count on is no napkins in my order.

Located close to the school so it’s very convenient for a quick cup of coffee and a little breakfast to start the day. The staff are very friendly as well.

Made a quick stop here for a Hot Mess Burger.
I’ve been wanting to try out this burger I see all the time on those catchy commercials. See what happens when that big clown head puts out hunger propaganda in your minds?
Well the Hot Mess burger is okay, I love jalapenos and this has it, (although it didn’t really give it much kick) Beef patty with mayo-​onion sauce fried onion rings melted white cheddar and pepper jack cheese on a sour dough bread. The mayo-​onion sauce stands out. I don’t really taste the beef as much, I think the beef patty was tiny and you pay over $ 4 bucks for this crap?
Over rated burger I guess, buts its aiiitte. Location is clean but the drive the thru person here needs some enthusiasm and personality… he needs to sing Hot Mess… Hot Mess!!!

My review is not for any specific location. Rather, it’s for a specific item… The Cinnamon Shake. Yuck! WAY too much Cinnamon. It sounded pretty good. But I certainly won’t try another.

This is the only Jack in the box where they charge you 1.49 i think for 3 jalapenos poppers last time i went. Pretty good deal to me. And it’s open 24 hours.

I feel the need to review a fast food joint just to balance out the reviews. My order was fine here. Fast, friendly enough, clean enough, enough said.
