Patty and Kenny Smallwood are two of the most knowledgeable Realtors in the area. Both born & raised in Laurel & married over 20 yrs. Many of their clients refer family & friends; they are now advising and helping the 2nd generation. It is not unusual for them to have sold the same house two or three times. Not only do they know the inventory of homes for sale, they know the neighborhoods & sometimes the neighbors. Long after their daughter’s graduation they remain involved in local schools. They are proactive in the Real Estate Industry on local & state levels; both serving as members of the MD Assoc. of Realtors Board of Directors & Patty as their Dist. VP.
