Falcon Towing is a full service towing operation affiliated with the Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA) and California Highway Patrol. Falcon Towing is family owned and operated since 1994 and is one of the largest emergency roadside assistance providers in southern California.

The receptionist Cynthia was very very rude. I walked up to the counter & waited for someone to approach me to help with what I came for. Cynthia stared at me from her desk, which was not a very close distance to the window. She didn’t say anything to me just looked at me. Finally I asked if anyone was gonna help me. She rudely asked what I needed. She was communicating to me from her desk. It was very hard to hear her when it really shouldn’t have been. Very unprofessional. Finally she got up from her desk because she had to in order to get my paperwork from the window. Very lazy. I left that place very uneasy. Terrible customer service. Not the type of employees you would want representing your business. Maybe she was having a bad day but keep your emotions out of the workplace please.

My car battery died so I called AAA Auto Club. They quickly dispatched a battery specialist from Falcon Named: ALEX and with in minutes he was helping me diagnose my battery problem during a traffic jam during a graduation at CSUDH. Wow his service was profesional and I can’t say enough great things about Alex he is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thumbs up for your help, and if I ever need anything I will give them a call. THANKS ALEX

Locked my keys in my car. Called AAA. Shawn from Falcon showed up about 20 minutes later. He introduced himself, shook my hand and assured me that he would take care of the problem. Of course I was upset because I was now running late for work. Shawn told me «it could be much worse» in a non-​condescending way that was meant to comfort me. Shawn went above and beyond to help me out. He was great. Highly recommend!

I went to a dealership a few months ago for an oil change and tire rotation and afterwards, they recommended my front brake pads be changed — they said it measured 3 mm and would need to be changed within 6 months. Plus some other garbage, and the total would be $ 1000. I was going to do it, but did not have time. 6 months later, I finally decided that I should probably do the brakes, and called up Falcon, since they changed a battery for me last year, and they were close. I told them
To change the brakes and that they were making noise .
Well, they said my brakes were perfectly fine (6mm) and the rest of the car was fine as well! The noise was because of some old scratches on the rotor.
They really could have simply said they agreed with the dealership assessment .
Plus, they gave me a free Über ride to work !
I think I will just go here from now on .
Pep Boys and most dealers seem to be quite dishonest.

I was treated like I was at a high end car dealership at this repair shop. I took my new Infiniti QX60 for an oil change. They were extremely polite and respectful. Everyone working there was very happy to be working there. Their prices were better than the other place I got rates from and their service was very good. Their payment process was really good too, they have an ipad that you quickly swipe your card, sign on the screen and then either get a printed receipt or have it emailed to you. High tech Tow and Auto Repair shop! They have a great operation and a professional staff!

Called AAA for battery service. I already knew I was pushing my luck with a very old battery so was ready to hear it needed replacing. Typically they can replace the battery on the spot, but the truck did not stock my battery. I got a jump start and drove to the shop that was 1 mile away.
I was in between a rock and a hard place resulting in no time for me to bargain shop — so not sure if I over paid or got a great deal…
The 3 stars is for the friendly staff and the Über ride they paid for to get me to work while they worked on the car.

I brought my jeep Cherokee into falcon auto repair for the aaa car care package since they are approved by aaa. Ash provided me with before and after photos of the work performed on my vehicle and the owner even came and had a cup of coffee with me while I was waiting in their clean waiting room. Oh my goodness!!! What an amazing experience. I called for a tow at around 445am. Less than 5 minutes after I got off the phone with AAA, this company had a dispatcher calling me to gather additional information and reassure me they would be coming immediately. In less than 30 minutes I had a AAA driver at my residence. The tow was tricky because the ball joint broke and the frame of the car was sitting on the tire. He did an excellent job getting my car out of the tight position it was in and onto his flatbed truck! He was sooooo courteous and professional. I’ve never been treated so well by ANY tow company. He was so efficient and I was in shock.

Car’s battery had to get jump started (because I left my keyfob in the car for too long while it was off).
Called AAA and they sent Falcon Towing.
The service worker (Roger) came promptly on time and jump started my car.
He showed me a battery test printout saying my battery charge was low and he told me his shop (Falcon Towing) offers FREE recharging.
I figured why not if it’s free?
I come by and filled out some forms. They made me wait an hour and a half and told me that my battery failed the load test, could not recharge, could not hold a charge, and that they needed to replace my battery.
My car is a 2015 model with under 30,000miles.
Why would I need a new battery this soon?
After I refused to purchase another battery from them I drove to the dealership the very next morning to get my battery checked.
Turns out my battery is 100% fine. All cells are working as they should be and the dealership even tested recharging it, which also worked 100%.
Even if my battery is fine why would you recommend a new battery when all I have to do is drive around and have the alternator charge it?
I was sitting in the waiting room and there were various other people sitting around waiting for a «battery recharge» then being told they needed a new battery.

I towed my car to the shop Friday morning around 8:30am via AAA. I called and explained to them that I was towing my car, the battery was working at about 35%, so I needed a battery and it was making a noise. I asked for a battery quote… it took him 3 hours to call back and give me the quote. Then he asked if I knew it was making a noise. I laughed and informed him that I was aware and I told him that this morning… he then said that he would have the technician call me back.
After not hearing from them, around 2 o’clock, I head to the shop and ask for an update. He stated that the technician thought it was the AC compressor, but wasn’t sure, and he would give me a call once he is sure what the issue is.
He calls me Friday afternoon, quotes me $ 1800 for everything… I agree to pay for it and he says it will be ready Monday. Well, Monday rolls around and I don’t hear anything, so I call the shop around 1pm. He claims he wont get the part until 3pm, so it will not be ready until Tuesday late morning. Tuesday I call around 2pm because I haven’t heard anything and he tells me that they’ve been working on other cars because there’s only one BMW specialist, so he keeps having to stop working on my car to repair other cars.
Here’s where I have an issue… working on cars that come after mine is completely unacceptable. Because of that, my car is now 2 days late and I am going out of town, so who knows when I will have my car.
I was recommended to them by AAA and was completely dissatisfied.

Two nights ago I forgot my wallet and had to drive home on a low tank of gas. Well i found myself stranded on the shoulder by a freeway on ramp. I called AAA at 9:30pm by the time 11:30 rolled around I just about given up. Finally Falcon towing was dispatched to save the day and their driver Sergio was very helpful I didn’t have a dime in my pocket seeing how I didn’t have my wallet on me and he was still able to give me some gas and send me on my way they were very professional and quick thank you Falcon Towing for all of your help

I do not know what is up with this company.
I needed an immediate motorcycle tow and George & Joey’s was unable to oblige therefore I had to suck it up and allow Falcon to service me. They came out in a timely manner, the drivers were very personable but the flat bed was slick with oil and/​or trannsmission fluid.
I was against the clock to get the bike to the shop for repairs so I chanced loading and dumping the bike. Loading was okay but unloading was a little sketchy. After unloading I realized that the front tire has a coating of oil which means I will have to ride like a grandpa until the oil wears off (approx. 500miles).
I am contemplating cancelling my AAA because all these problems with Falcon are just not worth my money.

So I came here because it was recommended to come here since it was partnered with AAA.
They mentioned my car had something and they were going to charge me about $ 1000 and up to fix part of the problem.
When in reality my car had a different issue and i got charged $ 200 to fix it elsewhere with guarantee.
I was disappointed with this because it was not what i expected.

On Saturday night at 10:00 pm, I was driving home on the 91 freeway when I heard a sound from the road. The sound went away. Shortly after, I noticed that my warning light went on showing a possible problem with a tire.
I took myself off the Freeway at Alameda from the East bound lane of the 91 Freeway. Went to the Towne Center and saw/​heard a hissing sound from my back rear tire. I called AAA. The person on the other end was Very Friendly and Helpful. After we spoke, she said someone would be there shorly. 12 minutes later, Devin Showed up from Falcon Towing.
We discussed the problem that I had a flat. Devin replaced the flat and I was ready to go in less than 15 min. From the time of the incident on the freeway until I was back on the road was less than 45 minutes.
I have never used AAA for anything like this before. I have been a member for 44 years. I must say that everything went fantastic. On a scale of 1 – 10, I would give AAA an 11. Thanks for the fantastic job.
I hear lots of things about tow drivers. I have never needed a Tow driver. This company had one fantastic one. I don’t know about the others but Devin was fantastic.
