All American Towing & Impound

We came to pick up my grandpas truck. The reception was a JERK. Very unprofessional, RUDE!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!! She was very unpleasant, did not give proper information and when she did it was not accurate.
I understand this business is tough but customer service must always be present…
Thank you so the amazingly kind «African American» guy who pulled the car out. He was super friendly, explained the process unlike the receptionist and was very very polite. Thank you Sr. For being kind, for being understanding and for being human and treating us as one as well.
Please NOTE!!! This Unilocal review is on the receptionist only and not the other workers or the company. I hope you get some sort of customer service training. You don’t treat people like trash, you don’t act in a rude way… You don’t give false information, had the police not gotten involved we would have had to wait until other day because you’re trying to make more money.

Made an appointment to tow my car with only 3 wheels left the night before at 8PM for the following day at 7:30Am. Richard showed up at my gate at 7:24AM. Very reasonable tow rate and extremely friendly service. Richard is a knowledgeable professional and by far the best technician I have dealt with. I had to get an quick estimate from the Toyota dealer and tow the car back home. Richard was willing to wait with me for an hour so I don’t have to call them back. (Other companies I called refused to do the same and wanted to charge me two hook up charges-​which means another 80 dollars they wanted). Not sure about the rest of the crew at All American Towing but definitely a 5 star service from the dispatcher (Jill) and Richard. I found out this is a family business, so do support your local businesses!
