J&D automotive a did a great Job in repairing my car. Peter and Al were very thorough and explained everything very well. They helped me throughout the whole process of repairing my car. My car was in an accident resulting in damage to my driver side front door, fender, and front bumper. When I got the car back it, it looked brand new! They had cleaned the car inside and out, I felt like I was getting a new car.
I definitely recommend coming here!

This business is phenomenal. Just the other day, I had to get my car towed due to a broken control arm and a flat. I was expecting a long wait and an overpriced estimate, but to my surprise, I received the opposite. The cost of the repair and tow were fair and very affordable compared to other shops I contacted. In addition, They told me it would take around 30 minutes to my location, but they got there early! The man who helped me was also very friendly and cordial, I was shocked. Every other towing service seemed to provide me with a lazy grump… All in all, I had a great experience with this company and I will definitely be using their service from now on!

Excellent service. Excellent people. My car is running better then ever! Highly recommend this place. Got my car done before they said it was going to be. Got my car back cleaner then it went there. Very professional and was not expensive!

This place is absolutely the worst! My moms transmission went out and we found this place on Unilocal,and called because it was the closest one to our location. When taken in the shop they estimated a week to get it done. During this week, we recieved a call saying they ordered the part for her car but it was the wrong one but was assured that everything was going to be okay. By the end of the week, we recieved another call saying the part didnt fit right so the car wont be done til the next week. During that week we got a call that her car was fixed, once we picked the car up, it was making a wierd noise. Worse than the condition given to the shop, also they broke my moms volume for her speaker system as well. We took it back to the shop to complain about the noise and the broken merchandise, that was definitly not broken before putting it in thier hands. We demanded the money back for what was paid and was going to sue. Out of no where they made an assumption saying now the car needs a tune up. After 2 weeks of being in the shop how are you going to give it back saying it is perfectly fine if you knew it needed that. After throwing a fit and demanded them to fix it or we are sueing, within an hour they had fixed everything down to the broken volume knob for the speakers. Even though everything was fixed, we were given the run around for weeks to give it back to us worse. We will never use this company again and do not recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst company of all time!!! Avoid this company at all costs. If I could possibly give 0 stars or negative stars that would be the case. First off our battery died and opted to have our car towed home so we decided to use our global assist from american express. We have never had any problems with this program or had to wait more than 45 minutes. Thanks to this company we had a nightmare experience. We were quoted a 45 to 50 minute wait. We were approximately 10 minutes away from the towing company location and 5 minutes away from home. Since we were approximately 2 miles away from home we did not have to pay anything. So after one hour and 15 minutes wait they call to say they are 15 minutes away but that we will have to pay an extra $ 25. We call global assist and assure we do not have to pay anything and to not pay a cent or to call them. After 10 minutes pass the towing company calls again and says we have to pay $ 50. From this point on we requested a different provider and and american express said to cut ties off and not to accept their services or to pay anything. Thanks to this company we wasted nearly 3 hours. Hope their satisfied with losing business and gas and time. If you have triple a (aaa) make sure you do not get towed by this company. They are the worst and rude and will screw you out of money. They cut us off hung up on us and harrassed us by calling after we told them we did not want their services. The number provided on this page is a cell number and if they do not answer if leads to a simple voicemail without stating the name of the business. They will possibly call you back but will not say that they are the towing company? Wow. This business should not be in business,
