Prior to going to American Mattress I have done a lot of shopping to find the right mattress for my comfort level and more importantly my budget. When going to American mattress I knew what I wanted and had a pretty strict budget. Greg, was super friendly and he took his time to find me the mattress I needed. He listened to what I was looking for and he was very helpful. He even moved mattresses around the store for me because I wanted an adjustable base. I came in looking at a mattress that I found at another store and not only did he help me find a better grade mattress, but he worked with me to get a better mattress that was still close to my budget. I recommended everyone to go to American mattress but more importantly ASK FOR GREG!

We had the pleasure of stopping in to purchase new mattress, frames, pillow etc this evening.
We were met by Greg as we entered and warmly welcomed. Greg while being a long time friend, stopped to ask my wife and I critical questions to determine how to select and purchase various mattress options. Given my extensive prior back surgeries Greg made many observations and recommendations which helped us select perfect mattress for us — we also purchased mattress for our children (3) and he treated each of the kids the same — great shopping, learning and buying experience — if you need a mattress or accessories — please go see him — I know he will treat you as well, if not better than he cared for us !

Greg Esquitin is the sales manager and extremely flexible and truly wants his customers to be happy. This is the second mattress I bought from him and recommend him to all of my friends. He has consistently exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service.

Greg is the man here! I came in and despite me being quite young to be mattress shopping he still took me seriously and was there to help me out. I bought a mattress from him and I couldn’t be happier. He was reasonable with the pricing and looked out for my best interest. I went to mattress firm and they do not compare to Americans mattress’s service!

We were on the hunt for a new bed for my son and had been to a few other places. We stopped into American Mattress and Greg (the sales manager) greeted us and was very helpful! He was very attentive and very knowledgeable! He didn’t try to «oversell» us a mattress for our 2 year old, which is what a few other places tried to do! He sold us a twin size memory foam mattress and then called us because he realized it was actually out of stock. So he gave us the full size for just $ 50 more! We had such an awesome experience with him that we actually went back and bought another full size mattress from him for our spare room! Highly recommend this location and Greg!

I did a little research online. How much about a mattress can you research while online? I had to go and check out the two mattresses that I was interested in.
I went in on a Wednesday and spoke with Greg. He showed me both mattresses. He also made sure that I looked at both the firm and the plush juuuuuust to make sure I knew what I wanted. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and professional.
I decided on the Hazelwood Plush. My mattress was delivered the following Tuesday. Words cannot describe what great sleep I have been getting. I do not want to leave my bed!!!

I went here on Labor Day to get a queen size mattress and a good deal.
I found the mattress I wanted and they set-up expensive financing on it. The deal was get a free Galaxy Tablet with the purchase. The salesperson said they would send email with voucher for it for BestBuy. I waited more than a week and no email.
After a couple try’s they resent the email with long instructions for getting the tablet. I’m hoping this is not a poor sales tactic to buy an expensive mattress and eventually give up on getting a free tablet.
After following instructions and contacting Best Buy, the people at Best Buy said they have nothing set –up with American Mattress and will look into it on Monday. So this is my 2^nd over priced mattress from this store in the last 2 years and I’m not happy. I spent $ 2500 in cash on first and $ 1200 financed on 2^nd. I hope this last mattress last more than the 1^st because I don’t plan on shopping here ever again.
I’m still waiting for the tablet…

American Mattress has good deals, decent sale people that are knowledgeable and the delivery service is absolutely top notch. We bought mattresses from American mattress and bedding experts on the same day. American Mattress hands down is a better place to buy. We have two more sets to buy. American Mattress will get our business.

BUYER BEWARE!
I wasted a good penney on a bed that nobody can sleep on and the manager at this store does not care nor support the product that they sell. I was literally laughed at when I voiced my complaint with Matt, the manager of this store.
Please shop elsewhere, especially if you do not have money to throw away! I certainly do not have money to throw away, and now, a year after buying my mattress, I am out a bed and $ 850.00. I understand a defective product, but this store does not stand by their merchandise and are extremely rude to their customers.
Wish I stuck with Simmons! :-(
