We dispute those charges and you and the property owner continue to ignore our requests for resolution. Right, your job was to lease the property in good condition — which you did not and you admitted to the fact the property was not up to standards. You also did a walk through inspection prior to us vacating the property and mentioned none of these conditions. Interesting how you have also ignored a complaint to the better business bureau, shows your ethics right there. I see the property is still listed for rent, now 5 months later. Hopefully this review will encourage others to avoid renting properties represented by you and your company.

Moving from out of town and with a serious time frame is stressful enough. But finding someone qualified to help when you don’t know anyone was just scary. We read reviews and contacted a couple of realtors before we decided on Annette. Best decision we ever made. We have bought and sold many homes in our lifetime and have rarely been impressed. However, that was not the case with Annette. She truly cares and treats you like you’re family! I highly recommend her!

Annette was phenomenal. In the beginning, we started talking to 3 different realtors when searching for a home. Of the 3, Annette was the most informative and the one able to best understand what we were looking for in a home. The other realtors we cut loose real quick because we just didn’t feel like we were jiving with them well. Annette was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable on home construction (what to look for in a well/​poorly built home), and generally very smart in her business. She’s got a great sense of humor, too. She incorporated little nice gestures all throughout our home buying process that was just very sweet. We certainly felt well taken care of from start to finish. She made home-​buying very easy and virtually pain-​free since she was always on top of it. We never had to hound her for anything, she was always a step ahead of us and if she didn’t have the answer right there, she’d get it to you within hours. Highly recommend, Annette. She is fantastic.

I’ve bought and sold lots of homes in Austin, California, Rhode Island and beyond. I have sold most of my homes «by owner» because I can, and it is relatively painless. But a year or two ago I had to sell my home in Cedar Park quickly as I had already moved to another state. A friend recommended Annette and I’m glad he did.
She was quick, efficient and got me a great deal on the sale. I couldn’t have done it myself and I’m sure she got me a better price than I would have fetched. Plus, she eliminated the headaches of all the back and forth negotiating with the buyer and her agent. Annette was there for the property inspection, she simply took care of everything. She even helped me liquidate appliances and furniture I didn’t want to have to move. The best part was, she left me secure in the knowledge that my interests would be represented fairly and left me with the confidence that I would max out the potential net from the sale. And I did.
