The sales girls don’t even bother saying hello, welcome or acknowledging your presence as a customer. They were too busy socializing. Poor customer service. Very poor.

I used to shop at Cache all the time. Unfortunately their line of clothing has changed a lot. I was there yesterday because I had a credit. I finally decided on a dress which was $ 148. They had this promotion that with a $ 150 purchase (not evening gowns) you get $ 20 credit but my dress was $ 2 short and they had nothing less than $ 18 for a cotton tank top. I suppose they are too smart for average shopper. It was an interesting shopping experience!

I bought a $ 180.00 dollar dress that gave me a horrid rash! They would not return it because I wore the dress. It is against the company policyto refund money on a dress that was worn. I had to email and call every customer service number at their corporate office repeatedly just to get a rude phone call back three months later saying no refund. Terrible, I have been a customer since 1987, I will NEVER walk in a Cache store again.
