Image Orthodontics

This review is for Image Orthodontists, not Children’s choice.
When I came in for my son’s initial consultation I was impressed. We got in quickly, the staff was attentive and polite. The attention to detail drifted as soon as I paid off the braces and the maintenance started. The wait in the waiting got longer and longer. Appointments were shorter and shorter. The staff never called for a follow-​up and getting a hold of anybody or getting a call back was impossible. I was so fed up with this place, I had them remove my sons braces earlier then needed. After that, they never called to check up during my sons retainer phase.
I really don’t want to post a below average review because I still like the staff. However, the bottom line is the customer service needs to improve.

I’ve started my invisalign program here years ago. They kept making mistakes, had to do a correction once. They lost one of my trays, they took eternity to get my corrected tray order in, they kept forgetting to remind me of my next appointments, and on my last set of new trays, they forgot to take the button off on one of my tooth, and that prevented that tooth from straightening like how it was supposed to. So now, I have to go back and try to have them remove the button, get a mold of my teeth again to do another correction, which will most likely take eternity to arrive to the office. There were more mistakes on their part. They never pick up their phone. They never attempt to fix their phone. Whenever I walk in to ask about something, they’re never there or the doctor is on vacation. I walked in today to tell them they made a mistake by not removing the button on my teeth. Again, they weren’t there and we were told that they come in «randomly» and they share the office space with children’s dental. So they switch off. I asked if they were going out of business, and nobody there knew. They had an «after hours» phone number that never used to be there just a couple months ago. I only have to fix one tooth and then I’m done. I paid for everything already, and I expect my teeth to be straight for the money I paid. Somehow I feel cheated.
Update: I just called them with their «after hours» number. It rings a few times and goes to a voicemail. Nobody is there to pick up their call. And the voicemail is still from a recording done by an ex employee that left many months ago.

I just want to add that the negative reviews here appear to be aimed towards Children’s Choice which is also housed with Image Ortho so I thought you’d like to know that so you don’t judge IMAGE based on something they have no control over. Like many ortho offices, they are a traveling team that only works out of this office a few days a week.

Is this place open for business? did it close? i called here THREE times, left messages twice for someone to call me back so i could take my son there for a consultation… it’s been over a week and no one has returned either call. very very strange

Unfortunately I couldn’t give more stars. My son came in to get some cavities filled and the nurse proceeded to give my 8yr old son nitric oxide without my permission. He did not need it at all nor did I want him to use it. The secretary has forgotten multiple times to send receipts after services. (Over a 2yr period) They’re phone greeting says they’re open certain days of the week yet the phone never gets answered nor do I get return calls after leaving a voicemail. This has happened multiple times throughout my 2yr time being with them. We started our sons ortho here and will be glad when it’s all finished. They’ve scheduled my son for an appointment then called back to cancel and reschedule due to the dr going on vacation. Extremely unprofessional.

Love this place. I am currently on invisiline and see great results. staff is very very friendly. Tv’s in all the rooms and plays good movies to keep children and adults occupied!

I would highly recommend this place for braces and invisalign. They really work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your new smile. The office is super clean and gorgeous. The orthodontist, Dr Bailey, is very professional and meticulous. The manager, Vern, is super friendly and helpful. Jules, the assistant, is especially attentive and has great customer service.

Love, love, love the staff here! I am currently getting my braces through them and with Dr. Dan. He’s really nice and funny, makes you feel comfortable and also answers any questions that you have.
The assistants are all really chill and helpful. Love the décor and the tvs! They have all the newest animated movies too!
