This is the first jack in the box I have been to and ordered an oreo shake that was thick, not too milky, great portion of oreo ice cream, and I had a coupon which made it even better.

Great curly fries… good beverages… terrible food. I ordered their chicken sandwich without cheese and they gave it to me super dry. I took one bite and it was terrible, but it didn’t look burnt. I asked my brother to taste it and he said it tasted burnt. Not sure what they did but I’m never coming back here again.

I was very impressed with the service I received at this Jack in the Box today. Brittany was very efficient, the order process was flawless. When I approached the window I was greeted by Brittany. Her smile was just as warm as her voice on the speaker! She was working very hard and was very cheerful.
At the very end she said «come back again» with a smile!
I will be back. :)

I felt sick after eating the Sirloin Swiss & Grilled Onion Burger, but the curly fries were good. The service was typical fast food: they took my order, gave me my food and I was on my way. It also makes little sense to me why they give you your soda instead of leaving the fountain at a self-​service counter like the other fast food establishments within the same block. Do they charge for refills? It left me wondering, but not enough to waste my lunch hour on it. Nor will I be coming back.
