I have had nothing but good experiences here and have never had to wait. I followed Dr. Jennifer LaMar here from Oregon City, and it is worth my time to drive to Gresham to see her. She is a great listener who provides top quality care. She is thorough and knowledgeable and open to learning when a referral to a heart doctor was needed. She is always willing to take time to answer my questions and encourages me to make changes to benefit my health without being heavy handed.

I have had 5 major back surgeries, 2 acl replacements, rotater cuff and bicep tendon surgery, and carpultunel; all done at numerous facilities. The team at gresham family medicine is by far the most comforting, professional, and friendly staff I have encountered. I have been with them sense they opened. I always look forward to seeing Victoria’s warm and inviting smile greet me when I walk in the door.
If you need a doctors office that actually cares about there patients and there specific needs, you need to go see this medical team. The are more than helpful and very knowledgeable.

I must say I didn’t know before hand that they had a Unilocal.This practice is great l, Dr Crain is a great doctor. Its a small family practice and while there may be a bit of a wait I feel I got great care everyone was courteous and had an all around pleasant experience even got to laugh a little in the doctor office. To allow a review that says they never made it to an appointment and not allow one that said they received great service makes absolutely no sense to me. Hope this gives some insight as I love my Dr.

I wish there was a lower star than 1. I called just to ask if they would accept my insurance. the first time I called the receptionist asked if she could put me on a quick hold. i said «sure» after 10 mins of waiting I hung up and called back. she answered and said the same thing… I asked her how long it would actually be. she said very rudely just ONE minute. I waited another 10 mins on hold before hanging up. they’re awful and I never even made it in to the office… receptionist name was Chelsea, not a very friendly person to be answering the phones!!!

I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks ago to get my blood drawn. I have been here for 36 minutes and still no sign if being helped any time soon. This place is not worth your time. Don’t come here!
