Looking for caring staff & providers where they actually acknowledge you and pay attention to your medical conditions? This is the great place to come! The ease of making appointments is great! I was in and out of the office quickly! The girls sure do know what they are doing and are always willing to help and make sure you are feeling like home.
I seen the Nurse Practitioner, and she was very thrill and efficient. She answered all of my questions, she is really passionate and caring! (:
I will surely recommend this doctor to my family and friends !

Make sure you bring something to do. Like the other reviewers I had to wait a couple of hours to see someone for five minutes. They told me that they triple booked me. Good job there guys. This is after they cancelled my original appointment claiming a personal issue with the doctor.
The secretaries here are clueless and will avoid having to talk to you. I’ll wait at the window and they scuttle off when they see you standing there looking for help. I can’t figure out what they do all day.
If you value your time and health, avoid this dump.

Save your hard earned monies $ and time. Find yourself another medical facility. This place has sunk to substandard levels! The only redeeming quality of this place is the M.A., Ms. Myrna!
Lack of communication from front office staff — double booked me. Waited over 2 ¼ hours and never was seen by PA or Nurse Practitioner.
Lastly, no toilet paper in a unisex restroom of a medical office — Really?!
I will contact Blue Cross/​Anthem and suggest, for the greater need of their paying insurance clients, to investigate & pull their contract (s) with this office & West Covina too.

So, I used to go to this office and the first few years everything was ok but then it took a turn. First problem, scheduled and appt for my annual checkup and when I was already sitting in that awful gown they make you wear, naked, an MA comes in and says they shouldn’t have scheduled you because your last appt was less than a year ago. Ok. I get dressed and leave and reschedule. They should have told me that when I called so I didn’t waste my time but I understand, things happen. So my next appt rolls around and it goes routinely. Then I get a call, «there was a problem with your test, we need you to retake it «of course I freak out. I’m thinking the worst so I asked what kind of a problem then the MA or nurse said that the lab messed up and my sample was compromised. I explained, I will go back but I DO NOT want to get a bill, she says «oh no, don’t worry, you won’t «. I sure did. A big fat one. $ 500. Long sorry short, it was either pay or go to collections. I paid. I will never go back to this office. Extremely unorganized office /​staff. They have made other mistakes besides this one. Basically, I would stay away.

I had high hopes for this place, it looks nice inside, not ghetto, well kept, nice waiting room, plus convinient location for me. I’ve been seen by both this doctor and their Physician assistant. The doctor barely looked up at me, his assistant did most of the listening and diagnosing… he was like, oh well we’ll just give her this… OK…really? dont even talk to me or hardly look at me… you are getting paid, not asking for free services!!! Horrible! And the Physician assistant, I believe her name is Angela, I didnt really like her bedside manner, just felt kind of cold.
So hard to find a good doctor :(Will keep lookinig.

I agree with @Isela D. There is a long wait time and the Dr. Doesn’t even check you i got the prescription and i was out the door. Scheduling an appointment was a hassle i had to call back several times because the phone line were either busy or i was being put on hold for about 15−20m. At the moment i am still trying to Get my blood work results. I was told to call back on Monday for the results and so i did its Wednesday today and i have not been able to get in contact with the nurse i was told to speak to. Customer service is horrible there i am absolutely NEVER going back.

Place is ok for a cold or something simple. Almost a 2 hr wait when it looks like there’s only 2 – 3 people ahead of you. Girls on the front are not rude but not the friendliest either. Dr. Doesn’t even check you! You get the prescription and off you go! Your prob inside with the Dr for about 5 min after a long wait.
