Arcadian Residential Community

My Grandmother stayed here for a short time. The establishment was clean and had a homey feel which is nice. It was definitely nicer than the establishment she had been to previously, but average by normal standards.
The staff was kind and responsive when we asked for assistance with her. However, I did notice she had a lot of down time and there didn’t seem to be all that much interaction with her. When I arrived to see her, she was asleep in her wheelchair in the hall by her room which made me a bit sad. I would rather have seen her interacting in a public area or resting in her bed if she was too tired.
I will say that our family got great assistance from Jon Lee during one of our visits. He was extremely helpful and friendly and a pleasure to have around. I hope he keeps his spark and encourages others to provide that same personal level of service. It really made the visit with our loved one special.
