I’m glad to have a local Chase in the area. At the same time, I’ve tried to get a new set of checks — twice now — with our new address, but they keep sending us new checks with our old address on it. It would be nice if people would do their job and pay attention to what is being requested — especially after all of the misc. bank charges financial institutions are willing to charge their customers.
Although the staff has always been friendly, this Chase needs to step up their game and pay attention to be able to supply their customer base with what’s being asked of them.
