This review is about the Nellis AFB office. I made an appointment with Dr. Conrad Lochner one year and I felt rushed and didn’t feel that he really wanted to be there. He wasn’t very forthcoming with his opinions. He should stay in the Henderson office. Perhaps that’s why he doesn’t have the Nellis office in Unilocal.This year I made an appointment with Dr. Vorapas Thunyaluku. She was great. Open and very kind, answered my questions. The office personnel: Shay she needs a customer service refresher. She cuts me off when I am speaking; she was socializing with other employees when customers were present. I didn’t hear here say ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ once. The other ladies were very kind and lovely to deal with — Thank you Stacey & Sadie.

They are great and work with. The front desks ladies are awesome! Love this place. Came back and they still remembered me. Waits are always short. The doctor and very nice as well, and answers all your questions.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Lochner! After seeing two different doctors for my daughters eye I reach out to him. He not only saw her after hours he also diagnosed her right away, and got her into see a specialist immediately! He was very straight forward, and caring.

Had (2) visits at this office since I was a new patient and contacts require some tweeking. Love, love, love the weekend staff (Syd & Alexis) they’re absolutely fantastic. Dr. is super as well.

Is there an option for no stars? WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER!!! Doctor is really nice but because of the pigs who work here I will never step foot in this office again.

Loved the front desk ladies! Had me laughing and helped me pick out some great glasses. I was in and out of there no hassle no problems! Bringing my husband and 2 kids in next! Great office!
