Ken and Kevin are really good guys. I brought my car in because my fuel gauge was not reading correctly. Had them diagnose it and worked with the dealer that I bought my car from 30 days prior and ended up not having to pay for any of it. Ken informed me it would take a few hours to fix so we can schedule a day that I can drop it off. So I brought in a week later on Wednesday night so they’d have it right away in the morning of Thursday. (Thinking they won’t need more than a full day). I call them at around that night to see how the repair is going and Ken informs me that they took everything apart to confirm that it needs replacing (the fuel pump) and they ordered the new part and would have my car back together by the lastest, Saturday. Friday rolls around and I call them again and ask how it’s going. They then tell me that they ordered the part but the dealership they ordered the fuel pump from forgot to put it on the tfedex truck. So currently I am out of a vehicle going on 3 days since they had to put my car back together so I could use it over the weekend to and from work. Monday rolls around and they tell me the part is in. I tell them I’ll drop it off on Thursday since I was going to be out of town until Sunday. Though my plans changed and now need my car back. I have been without a car for almost 7 days total. They have only called me to let me know that the part was in, never let me know when it’s going to be done nor did they offer (neither did the dealership) to give me a rental car to use while I currently being inconvenienced out of a car for more than a day or two. It’s been very frustrating from the beginning since they had an entire week prior to the first time I dropped off my car to order the part they needed and am currently still waiting on a call from them or an apology for taking so damn long.

These guys are incredible! Hands down best prices and service. I came in for a check engine light and not only were they were able to do a full diagnostic for under $ 100 they were able to service me on the spot plus took the time to find a part I needed. I rode around to a few places before I came here, but the minute I walked in I really felt in good hands. Ken and Kevin are awesome!

Ken and the guys at RVA Auto Service are a great group. They’ve always taken care of me and offer fair and honest pricing. I’ve never left there feeling like I got cheated or that I got taken for a ride. I’ve had all kinds of service performed, from simple oil changes to complete transmission replacements, and I’ve been 100% satisfied every time.

These guys are great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Did great, fast work on my car. They could not perform one service on my car due to it being lowered but they found a shop that could for me! Who does that nowadays? Above and beyond, the customer service is from these guys. Recommended!

Relocated to the area not long ago and needed a honest, reliable, and most importantly. competent…automotive repair shop to handle my needs. Took a chance on this new shop not far from my home and glad I did. Owners are very courteous, honest, and forthcoming and knowledgeable. They accurately diagnosed the issue with my cooling system, explained exactly how they were going to fix the issue and explained in detail the very fair cost associated with the repair. Car was ready on time, washed, and fully repaired. Returned the old parts to me and explained what had failed. Labor rates are very fair and price they charge for the quality parts are more than reasonable. Glad I found a place that I can return to for honest automotive repair when needed. Highly recommended.
